- markperia, on 06/14/2008, -4/+30they placed him in the do not want list but...
DO WANT! DO WANT!!! - EmperorAwesome, on 06/14/2008, -1/+11Hopefully after the Wolverine movie there'll be enough of a renewed public interest for a dedicated Deadpool movie.
- mcalica, on 06/14/2008, -1/+12Yah, Deadpool was badass! I have no clue why they put him on the do NOT list.
- Rickler, on 06/14/2008, -1/+6"He's the poor man's Lobo"
- EmperorAwesome, on 06/14/2008, -1/+2Lobo's so badass I named my old python after him, cause he was strong enough to strangle any fully grown men who dared to hang him over their necks.
- bronowiczj, on 06/14/2008, -1/+2REALLY?! Deadpool kicked dick!
... and wait... you named your PYTHON Lobo? a snake? not a DOG?! WTF- Acolyte357, on 06/16/2008, -0/+1Reply button.

1 Types of Blogger we Don't Want to See.
1. Jaggoff Blogger
Why We don't Want to See Him: Cause he keeps stretching one page of material into two to create more ad space.- TheDuckHat, on 06/14/2008, -3/+2I don't even see any ads....
- splobk, on 06/14/2008, -5/+5Oh *****, did you have to click your mouse button again?!
- riversc, on 06/14/2008, -0/+13there's barely any ads. but nontheless, i hate multi-paged articles that are not supposed to be multi-paged.
plus, can someone tell deadbolt to change their template?? my head hurts after reading a paragraph. - garageboy101, on 06/14/2008, -0/+1type*
- bales, on 06/14/2008, -1/+4Adblock plus FTW?
- BradBrown, on 06/14/2008, -2/+1Adblock only on those blogs you hate. You should allow it for cool sites like mine. Jesus would have wanted it that way.
- amanilaenvelope, on 06/14/2008, -1/+55ant-man, really? i just don't see him being in a stand alone film.
- NightVortez, on 06/14/2008, -0/+9That was my first thought then I read that Edgar Wright was directing, if it's anything like Sean of the Dead I will be happy.
- ozid, on 06/14/2008, -2/+3I don't even know who ant-man is. i'd have to recognize a villain to go see it.
- Sidzilla, on 06/14/2008, -0/+5http://www.hulu.com/watch/4137/saturday-night-live ...
Besides John Belushi as the Hulk, at about 5 minutes in this explains everything with Garret Morris as Ant Man.
- Sidzilla, on 06/14/2008, -0/+5http://www.hulu.com/watch/4137/saturday-night-live ...
- MazeKaz, on 06/14/2008, -11/+1I thought Shaun of the Dead was terrible.
- Viend, on 06/14/2008, -6/+67Don't want to see Deadpool and Hawkeye?
Buried as inaccurate.- SirBrittanicus, on 06/14/2008, -0/+14He took the road of most Bloggers and replaced "I" with "We."
- antiorblkflag9, on 06/14/2008, -5/+2No Hawk Girl please
- pjkli, on 06/14/2008, -1/+3Hawkeye was a retard. Deadpool was badass though. I wish they would do a stand alone movie about Deadpool coming up as an assasin without any other characters from the marvel universe. Then once they got that right maybe they could include some marvel characters for the sequel. AND NO MICHAEL BAY.
- Viend, on 06/14/2008, -0/+1Hawkeye may not be that great, but it's still better than Ant-Man imo, or maybe even Dr. Strange to some people.
Damage Control? Who the ***** wants to see cities being built?
- Viend, on 06/14/2008, -0/+1Hawkeye may not be that great, but it's still better than Ant-Man imo, or maybe even Dr. Strange to some people.
- Imnick, on 06/14/2008, -1/+29After Iron Man and now Hulk... and with the huge expectations for Dark Knight, I really think were reaching the hay day of comic book cinema.
- DeFex, on 06/14/2008, -0/+1Heyday
I think a hay day is when you feed your horse.
- DeFex, on 06/14/2008, -0/+1Heyday
- justinx0r, on 06/14/2008, -1/+28I don't know, I kind of like Deadpool and think that if the right person did him it could be a good movie.
- ZenMojo, on 06/14/2008, -1/+4Deadpool was awesome back in the mid-90's. But that was a long, Joe Kelly-filled time ago. Frank Nicieza is the Bubonic Plague of humor, causing the slow and painful death of worn out jokes.
Anyway, Deadbolt.com is the lowest denominator of film commentary and I don't know who keeps linking this crap. Hell, this is the second time they've posted this same article with minor changes.
- ZenMojo, on 06/14/2008, -1/+4Deadpool was awesome back in the mid-90's. But that was a long, Joe Kelly-filled time ago. Frank Nicieza is the Bubonic Plague of humor, causing the slow and painful death of worn out jokes.
- D3koy, on 06/14/2008, -1/+19Dr Strange would kick ass, and I personally would love to see a Deadpool movie if it were done well...Marvel did Ironman well, maybe they can do it again
- SaladCactusKing, on 06/14/2008, -2/+15An Ant-Man movie would kick so much ass if they just skipped Hank Pym and Scott Lang and went straight for dirtbag Eric O'Grady, who uses his powers to watch women in the shower and awkwardly knocking up his dead best friend's girlfriend.
- wesleyzero, on 06/14/2008, -0/+9I don't need incredible shrinking powers to do that. Just sayin'.
- Darksoul, on 06/14/2008, -2/+1You get my digg good sir you made me laugh my ass off.
- zerhynn, on 06/14/2008, -17/+1Dugg for not wanting to see a Deadpool movie.
Nobody likes Deadpool.- joemofo214, on 06/14/2008, -1/+3correction, nobody likes this comment
- Mesmascizer, on 06/14/2008, -0/+0You sir are a fool.
- BananaGrabber, on 06/14/2008, -2/+51The ***** is wrong with this author? I think all he reads is a few wikipedia articles and pretends to be some kind of comic book expert. Anyone even remotely familiar with Deadpool's solo career would ***** LOVE a Deadpool movie. Yeah, he was a ***** creation by Liefield that popped as a b-grade villain with no personality in an X-factor (or x-force) comic sometime in the early 90s, but Joe Kelly ended up turning him into one of the most lovable and awesome characters. I got a feeling this guy never opened a single Deadpool comic in his life.
Buried as inaccurate.- Darksoul, on 06/14/2008, -0/+9I agree this pissed me off as well guy needs to stick his head in the toilet its the same place he got all his ***** idea's from.
- mikelieman, on 06/14/2008, -1/+2The problem is that Liefield would get PAID for a Deadpool movie, and no-one wants to see that.
- chadillak, on 06/14/2008, -6/+1What about adding Capt. Marvel (aka SHAZAM!) to the list of movies no one wants to see made?
http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0448115/- SaladCactusKing, on 06/14/2008, -0/+3Shazam is a DC Hero.
- Vzylexy, on 06/14/2008, -0/+2Captain Marvel ≠ Shazam
- chadillak, on 06/14/2008, -0/+3wow, i feel utterly pwnd.
- Vzylexy, on 06/14/2008, -0/+1Well, there IS a Captain Marvel in the Marvel Universe.
- punkcat, on 06/14/2008, -0/+2Shazam can rot in hell, in fact thats the only premise for a Shazam film that would make me see it.
- kylere, on 06/14/2008, -0/+17They mentioned the one I wanted to see in trying to be funny. Marvel Zombies would be a GREAT movie.
- Khanvalescent, on 06/14/2008, -0/+26Author would rather see Ant Man in a movie over Deadpool.
- wesleyzero, on 06/14/2008, -0/+8I could see Captain America's outfit from the Ultimates working on-screen easily.
- Ventolin, on 06/14/2008, -1/+9"Common sense tingling!"
- fenzel, on 06/14/2008, -3/+1i need a mirror. *sad face*
- btraxx, on 06/14/2008, -0/+6A Captain America movie has so much potential, please don't screw it up.
- leethemanpowell, on 06/14/2008, -3/+4I can agree with almost the entire list, besides Ant-man. This is coming from someone who knows nothing about ant-man: He seems like a ***** cleache for a way a woman talks about her ex-boyfriend. Ant-man has to be the biggest joke superhero ever, when you hear Iron-man, you know there will be insane action scenes, when you hear Spiderman, you know the villain is going to be badass. But when you hear Ant-man, without any predetermined knowledge of what he is, what do you think of? A badass or some half-assed superhero riding on the coat-tails of Spiderman? Which brings me to my point, who will ant-man fight and how will he do it? Will it be like the ant hill scene from Indy 4 where a vast sum of ants swarm over everyone? or will he just shrink down to ant size to deliver some kind of toxin?
- carpeclunes, on 06/14/2008, -0/+6"Ant-man has to be the biggest joke superhero ever..."
Maybe that is why a comedy director is directing it.- mikelieman, on 06/14/2008, -0/+1Squirrel Girl?
Detective Chimp? ( although the furry jokes *were* hilarious )
- mikelieman, on 06/14/2008, -0/+1Squirrel Girl?
- carpeclunes, on 06/14/2008, -0/+6"Ant-man has to be the biggest joke superhero ever..."
- Shogi, on 06/14/2008, -0/+18Ultimates movie.
Now.- wesleyzero, on 06/14/2008, -0/+6Only if they can faithfully translate on-screen the Hulk eating and ***** out a Skrull.
- moocow1452, on 06/14/2008, -0/+1Hulk Shi---AHHHHHHHH!!!!
- wesleyzero, on 06/14/2008, -0/+6Only if they can faithfully translate on-screen the Hulk eating and ***** out a Skrull.
- WhiteMike87, on 06/14/2008, -1/+8Runaways FTW
- tooshaggy, on 06/14/2008, -5/+1Runaways......
RUN AWAY!!!!!- fasda, on 06/14/2008, -0/+1ninjas count double!
- GreatOne08, on 06/14/2008, -6/+1Cool wHip~!
- joemofo214, on 06/14/2008, -1/+4agreed about namor, hes a douche.
i would like to see luke cage get a movie... after the ghetto 70s getup. the modern, badass - seantubridy, on 06/14/2008, -1/+3As long as they never make a Power Pack movie, we'll be OK.
- psbpv3o, on 06/14/2008, -3/+3I'm mad about the Ed Norton line. I think Hulk would have been great if they kept with Norton's vision. Instead they cut so much out of the film that it just became a mediocre action movie. *sigh*
- akrondude, on 06/14/2008, -1/+11buried for them not wanting a deadpool movie. they were doing alright until then.
- totorototoro, on 06/14/2008, -2/+3Seriously, I love Captain America. But how the hell do they pull off that costume in a live action film?
- 1807, on 06/14/2008, -2/+1They should get a WWE wrestler like Tripple H, or someone that's HUGE and super-hero like. If they made his costume darker and not so....red white and blue, like in the photo at the top, it could be really cool. I was just thinking of how they could make throwing a shield look cool. Maybe if he threw the shield and it got stuck in some poor saps head. and then he walks over and like puts his foot on the guys chest and yanks the shield out of his head and then the guy falls over. That would be bad ass.
- sfacets, on 06/14/2008, -7/+3These people are clearly idiots. Antman? Captain America? Come on.
- pear1jamten, on 06/14/2008, -1/+2They forgot Red Sonja..... its already in development... and Robert Rodriguez has signed on (according to my sources) as the director.
- elevatedystopia, on 06/14/2008, -4/+1NICK NACK PADDYWACK
- Darksoul, on 06/14/2008, -2/+11I suggest this moron pick up a Dead Pool comic made in the 1990's version they are very good comics. Anybody that would want an Ant Man movie over a Dead Pool movie is a ***** moron. Sounds he got the information he got out of wikipedia or something next time do some ***** research.
- Phillycat81, on 06/14/2008, -0/+17No deadpool?
But deadpool kicks ass!
Buried as inaccurate. - dkkicks, on 06/14/2008, -0/+13No deadpool? Buried as inaccurate
- void, on 06/14/2008, -0/+2They pulled those pics off the trading cards I had in middle school. Ah memories....
- vijskan, on 06/14/2008, -0/+0dugg for captain america being the first mentioned.
- hs112186, on 06/14/2008, -0/+5cable and deadpool ftw.....and maybe weasel(he's some one most diggers can relate to)....and maybe hydra bob too
- Fl4sh, on 06/14/2008, -3/+10This guy is an idiot! Deadpool kicks ass and I happened to like the X-Men and Fantastic Four movies. I'm also a huge fan of both comics.
And who the hell want's to see Antman? What a lame "super hero." - MazeKaz, on 06/14/2008, -10/+55 Reasons Why This Sucks
1. This blogger knows nothing about comics.
2. Shaun of the Dead was terrible.
3. No Deadpool.
4. This could of fit in one page instead of making it two so you get more ad views.
5. This blogger has his mind set that all of us thinks like he does and then decides to use "we" instead of "I".
Burried as inaccurate.- RussellDovey, on 06/14/2008, -0/+8You poor bastard. I'm not even digging you down, I'm leaving this up here so that everyone who reads it can see that you don't like Shaun of the Dead.
- CerpinTaxt101, on 06/14/2008, -0/+4I'm completely at odds, I love Shaun of the Dead, but agree with every other point, what to do...
***** it, Shaun of the Dead was great
- icejust, on 06/14/2008, -1/+4I'd like to see Thor adapted: it would be awesome to see him in a scenario involving his evil brother Loki (disclaimer: I kinda liked Beowulf). I certainly hope he will be present in the Avengers.
- argonplatypus, on 06/14/2008, -0/+4It comes out in 2010 along with Iron Man 2 and Spider-Man 4
- PyroRaver, on 06/14/2008, -0/+4Deadpool ***** kicks ass. I can't wait to see what they do with his character in the Wolvie Origins movie. BTW, the whole Origins is pretty sick, I just finished reading #25.
- BananaGrabber, on 06/14/2008, -0/+1No way man. Daniel Way's deadpool was ***** terrible in in Wolverine: Origins. It was embarrassing. I think he completely wrote his character wrong. Also, the whole pool-o-vision is aboslutely stupid. He's a bit unstable, but he's not that type of schitzo crazy. Not to mention, Dillon's art was god awful.
The worst part is that he's going to be the writer for Deadpool's new solo in September. There's no way it's going to live up to the original solo or Cable and Deadpool. The only thing i'm looking forward is Media's art. - CerpinTaxt101, on 06/14/2008, -0/+2I also read that Ryan Reynolds is going to portray Deadpool...
That's right folks, Van Wilder
- BananaGrabber, on 06/14/2008, -0/+1No way man. Daniel Way's deadpool was ***** terrible in in Wolverine: Origins. It was embarrassing. I think he completely wrote his character wrong. - noahgelman, on 06/14/2008, -2/+1Dugg for Rocketeer reference. One of the greatest movies Ive ever seen
- carl25, on 06/14/2008, -1/+2runaways would be awesome.
There already is a doctor strange movie, came out last year - MattFromSeattle, on 06/14/2008, -2/+7Really? Antman over Deadpool? Really? I don't think so. Deadpool would be a much bigger draw than Antman (pun intended) for the theater crowd just in terms of non-fanboys coming in...in my opinion.
- thestranger, on 06/14/2008, -2/+1ANTMAN..anyone who has read read Kirkman's series will realize how amazing this movie will be.
- thestranger, on 06/14/2008, -0/+1So I am getting dugg down? You guy's don't like Kirkman's Antman series?
- SilverBlade2k, on 06/14/2008, -0/+2Too bad they didn't list a 'Nick Fury/SHIELD' movie..I would love to see that.
- BananaGrabber, on 06/14/2008, -0/+3There is one. David Hasselhoff play Fury. No joke.
- mikelieman, on 06/14/2008, -0/+1Nicholas Brendon as Nick Fury..
- BananaGrabber, on 06/14/2008, -0/+3There is one. David Hasselhoff play Fury. No joke.
- yaroze, on 06/14/2008, -0/+5They have already done Captain America, back in 1990 http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0103923/
- Dreadnok, on 06/14/2008, -0/+6And what a fantastic work of cinema it was!
- Lalaphive, on 06/14/2008, -0/+1I'm on the way to Blockbuster right now.
- warplayer, on 06/14/2008, -0/+1hahah "Captain America Der Film" looks epic!
http://www.imdb.com/media/rm2786105600/tt0103923
- krackajap, on 06/14/2008, -0/+7No Deadpool?
http://i44.photobucket.com/albums/f2/derillion/dea ...
How can anyone not want to see that? - CerpinTaxt101, on 06/14/2008, -0/+4Hopefully, Hollywood producers look at the places (Digg) that their core audience visits for comic films and not the jackass who wrote this article and see that we really do want a deadpool movie, well except for zerhynn, I don't think he wants to see a Deadpool movie
- krisscofield, on 06/14/2008, -0/+3Who gives a ***** if Lefield sucked back then, I remember--but it doesn't mean he'd be writing and directed a movie about DEADPOOL. Buried as innacurate, because no self-respecting Marvel comic fan would seriously turn down a movie about Deadpool for Ant-Man. Get real, blogspammer.
- Mope777, on 06/16/2008, -0/+0No Deadpool? Blogger needs to actually read a comic other than "Love and Rockets" and "Archie" before talking out of his/her blog hole.
