Chamber of Secrets was descent and Prisoner of Azkaban was bad, real bad, my least favorite of the series so far. Goblet of Fire I thought they did a good job, it's my favorite so far and Order of the Phoenix was just good, like it covered major plot stuff but thats all it felt like. As long as Half Blood Prince has the flashbacks and all the other important moments, we're good, I'm just excited that Deathly hallows is getting the two movie treatment.

Recent HP films have become cut-ups from the books which made them practically boring -- just like a pop-up book -- the film jumps from one chapter to the other like poofed! right in your face. This results to somewhat distortion of the story, a far cry version from the novel itself.
