As far as the movie versions, I'm going to have to go with Iron man. It's the stupid hulk, and Tony Stark is intelligent enough to exploit his weaknesses.

Some punk ends up stealing some of the liquid for it (you find that out in one of the off shoot comics, I think it was frontline) and because of that Tony Stark ends up going in for the punch that is supposed to disable him, it doesn't work, and then the Hulk pounds his ass through Stark Tower.
