- implicitmemory, on 10/08/2008, -0/+15Nice selections for the album covers. The Funkadelic cover of "America Eats Its Young" is totally relevant to what is going on.
- redwolfwalker, on 10/08/2008, -0/+12Many of these are very artful and funny now...looking back
- hnazareth16, on 10/08/2008, -0/+11Dugg for Ice Cube's "Death Certificate."
If anyone is a political expert, it's Ice Cube. - ericember, on 10/08/2008, -0/+9the United States of America Eats its Young is great, very relevant today with the 700billion dollar bail out and the 10 trillion in national debt that the young generation is getting stuck with.

- netgeek06, on 10/09/2008, -0/+2It is really a awesome list of art album cover collection.
- GutterMoo, on 10/08/2008, -0/+7The KMD album was from much earlier than 2001, it just might not have been released properly. KMD consisted of MF Doom, prior to this name, and his brother, Sub Roc. Sub Roc was killed before the album dropped (RIP) and the album wasn't released at that time. Good album though.
- mangomantra, on 10/09/2008, -0/+4Dugg for Dead Kennedys

- gl77, on 10/09/2008, -0/+4the original cover for "Banned In The U.S.A." by 2-Live Crew portrays Luther Campbell, the groups frontman, standing in front of an American flag with his pants unzipped. written on the left side is the first amendment.
that's pretty political.
apparently they have since changed the cover to just the group standing in front of the flag laughing like a bunch of idiots. here's the best pic of the original that i could find though.

- EABrantn, on 10/09/2008, -0/+2The Curtis Mayfield cover is a great example of the divide between the American dream and harsh reality. Great picture.
- rossbren, on 10/09/2008, -0/+3These album covers are a stark reminder of how shallow our culture has become.
