- pepper51, on 12/06/2007, -0/+0I think this is the only way to solve the p2p problem. Independent music wouldn't get paid anyway, so their music will carry on the same as ever. Just consider the money as an extra isp tax, like we pay on cds, etc...
And for those who complain that they don't download stuff so they should be excempt? Try that argument on the school board and the tax man, that takes your money to run the schools, whether you have kids in them or not.
We pay for lots of stuff that we have no idea what it's for...what's one more...and it beats getting sued...
