He should try just luck at 21.. This would be considered the 'seeds of destruction'.. Beyond the break, I could see that he may got his 'last laugh' nevertheless.. - LegendAdds, on 07/06/2008, -1/+2lol, if it wasn't a black kid they would've just laughed
- amheidt, on 07/07/2008, -0/+3God, I'm so tired of hearing these stories of people suing for no reason and WINNING. While being dumped off in an unfamiliar place might be scary for a kid, I doubt he suffered severe psychological damage from the hour he was lost. Kids are resilient; the money-grubbing bitch of a mother just wanted some extra cash in her wallet and finally found an easy way to do it. And we wonder why businesses have stupid rules like denying access to the bathroom to a kid with diarrhea and why they put up obvious signs like "Caution, coffee is HOT". It's because people everywhere are finding an easy dollar with frivolous lawsuits like this one.
