      The way the new generation of banner work is once you visit a website that is on the ad rotator it will keep re-displaying the same ad to you in hopes of having a higher % chance you will click on the ad. Normally if you haven't visited any sites that the ad rotator is working with then it will just default and display a random ad.

    I'm not sure about the 141592 part, but the license plate is photoshopped. The letter "I" on Massachusetts license plates do not have the lines above and below the capital letter like the photo. Google image search for "massachusetts license plate" and look for the letter "I". The number 1 is also stylized on Massachusetts plates so it can't be a 1 either.
