eBay still has horrible service? NO WAY!
westrealm.com — This is an e-mail conversation between eBay and me. I am trying to explain that their service is not being charged correctly but yet they just blow me off with links to more support.

- firemegwhitman, on 10/12/2007, -0/+14 hours? You got off lucky. Many users report having items not appear for days...if at all. The longest I've noticed on a personal listing was 14+ hours. Much of that time was spent talking to Live Help who kept telling me that it was due to security measures....yet during that 14 hour period several similar high ticket items were listed with stupid low starting bids and stupid low reserves from users with virtually no feedback.
Also, recently there have been hundreds of thousands (possibly millions) of documented cases that show scammers are able to upload thousands of items instantaneously and have them index immediately as well.
