      That said I no longer eat McDonalds food

      Fark that store bough crap, make your own and your sandwich goes from "good" to TERRIFIC.

      Ingredients:
      1 egg yolk (room temperature -- very important)
      1/2 teaspoon Dijon mustard
      1/2 teaspoon salt
      1 tablespoon vinegar
      3/4 cup olive oil

      set oil aside.
      mix everything else into a yolk-y emulsion
      SLOWLY drip in oil while mixing.
      it will thicken as you go.
      adjust salt/pepper to taste..
      Crank up the dijon if youve got some balls.

      Any of the following Optional:
      Pinch of cayenne pepper
      garlic, roasted and mashed (add at end)
      horseradish (juice, diced, dried (wasabi))
      roasted red pepper finely-diced and mashed

      Please Middle Americans, learn to cook. Dont buy this crap these idiots dumped into a pile. What a sad testement to American Food Culture.

We have 3/4 of the sandwich eaten in about 28 hours since it was finished. We should finish up the last bit tomorrow morning. For those wondering, it is absolutely delicious. We did actually do the math, and it came out to be 49,500 calories. We're adding sauce as we go, so we figure we've squeezed the extra five hundred in there somewhere. Here is a link to the image with everything we put on it. We actually did use that much oil, so don't give us any crap about it.     Hamburger (generally a 1.5 pound patty with sauteed veggies folded in)
    Tomatoes
    Cheddar Cheese
    Sliced Turkey
    Roast Beef
    Swiss Cheese
    Mid Level Bread
    Chicken Strips
    Venison Sausage (replaceable with Chicken Andouille or *shudder* Bratwurst)
    Baby Spinach
    Pepperjack Cheese
    Fish Sticks
    Pork Bacon
    Sliced Sweet Red Onions
    Wasabi + Mustard + Mayo
    French Bread Base

    For you see, there is no escape from the Xwich. Also available in breakfast form (remove veggies replace with scrabbled eggs) Next time we make one, Everyone at Digg is invited. For the record, the Xwich is NOT open source, it is proprietary... however plans are underway to GPL this beast.
