The incessant shouting and &($#! will force the control key to be useless for any quick key commands, therefore undermining it's control. However, eventually the Caps Lock will be put into place, and having taken control in time of emergency will be left on by mistake. Therefore undermining any words in the future, for eventually the shouting will be filtered into the background and blocked out.

I hate keyboards having the "F Lock" key default to be the special functions instead of the actual function keys, and you have to press "F Lock" to tell it to just be like it is as usual. And I haven't really found a way to change that default and it resets after reboot.
