          I actually wrote a paper on him for an abnormal psychology class that I took - he is now believed to have had an extreme case of malignant narcissism, brought upon from years of poverty, lack of proper grievance after the loss of his mother, and reinforced self-loathing turned outward, reflected on the most consciously obvious scapegoat he could procure - the Jews - in the form of extreme, very extreme anger.

          He was a teenager; a Jewish doctor/gyno told his mother that she was fine. A couple years later she died a long, agonizing death from cervical cancer. On top of that, he then moved to Vienna and was living on the streets after being turned down from a prestigious Viennese art school, and told he could/would never be an artist. While living on the streets in Vienna, he became incredibly resentful of the fact that the majority of the Jews in Vienna controlled all of the businesses in the city and were incredibly wealthy, while most other native Viennese Austrians, at the time, were quite poor and living in squalor. He then went to WWI, came back, and saw much of the same - Austrians in poverty, while the Jews seemed to prosper from not only the war but by the various advantageous situations created by the aftermath/outcome of the war in Germany, Austria, and Prussia. One thing let to another, he started getting political and took advantage of shared sentiments from the Germans/Austrians ("we're poor as *****, we need/must rebuild Germany, and it's the Jews' fault we're living like *****") one thing led to another, and the rest is history.

        Hitler was a boyscout compared to Mao really. Hitler tried to defend it's cities and the German people in some extend. Mao sacrificed his citizens by the millions just as experiments.
        Either way, all sick people in their own. But despite what the public commonly thinks Hitler wasn't the worst in modern history. This just shows how powerfull propaganda, controlling the media and mass fear is. Hitler is portrayed as the Devil in person, Mao is still considered a hero by a lot of people and Stalin, people simply don't talk about him. I guess Hitler just sucked at pr...

If I don't cancel it, the browser often as not hangs. And 2/3 of my posted comments vanish, though if I check hours later, if I'm lucky, some reappear.
