The fact that liberal Democrats do not label themselves as socialists -- when in fact their policies clearly align with socialism -- means either they are not recognizing the truth about themselves or are choosing to hide that truth from people who aren't paying attention and/or are uneducated about the issue. Obama may not recognize himself as a socialist, although his policies align with socialism; or he may be intentionally hiding his socialism from those not paying attention.
In his book Dreams From My Father, he states that he attended socialist conferences, that he deliberately sought out Marxist professors as friends, and that he did/does not feel at home in America (which he referred to as the West -- since that is the only West in which he lived, that is what he was referring to). He stated this week that he believes in "spreading the wealth around." That's a basic tenet of socialism. In any event, it is a basic tenet of Big Brother govt. There is no question that the God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob is in control---my prayer is that He will show mercy to America, and save us from the nightmare the Obamites have planned for us.

The faith to follow Christ through the valleys of depression, poverty and oppression is much more difficult. Christ admonished us to be subject to our governments. I believe He is concerned and watchful of how we govern ourselves or perhaps choose not to govern and cede that constitutional authority to Barak Obama and the congress.. The Lord's standing in this universe is irrelevant to whomever wins this election.

The blacks had their opportunity to "make history" by putting a black man in the Whitehouse when Mr. Keyes ran previously, and they rejected him. Which goes to show that blacks aren't really concerned with putting a black man in the Oval Office (especially when you consider that instead of rallying around a full 100% black man, they are marshalling their efforts around a half white man..) , they're really all about putting a liberal marxist in the Oval Office.
Well if they are successful.....they won't want what they end up getting. God help us all.

I have no issue telling anyone why I am not voting for Obama. IMOP he is the wrong person for the job. People are pressured as they always are by the left to feel guilty about everything they do in their life if they are succeeding. If you make to much money give it to the poor. If you have a nice house pay more taxes. If you have a good job volunteer and give back. We are made to believe that if we don't vote for Obama we are racists. Not that we can have a difference of opinion with everything he stands for. I refuse to feel guilty about doing well and providing for my family and to hell with the lazy bastards that sit around a live like ticks on my back and wait for the "wealth to be spread around" by the liberal dems.
