To 'effect' such changes will require replacing those in congress who voted 'yea' for "bailout-2" with names willing to initiate the changes necessary to eliminate the "Fed" and the Council on Foreign Relations' agenda to create their "North American Union" and the "Amero".

The only ones I see who truly hate America as it was founded and as it was originally set up are you and those of your ilk who constantly bash those who hold to the tenets of the US Constitution. You do realize that it is supposed to be the supreme law of the land? Just checking since your never ending smear tactics would indicate otherwise.
While it's awful to say, I truly hope that you and your cronies rot in hell with the bastards who have destroyed this once glorious Republic.
