- mkauai, on 10/10/2008, -0/+18I have woken up to the fact that Obama and McCain (hence the GOP and the DNC) are both stooges of the same criminals. They are pandering for votes with rhetorical BS and leading the good folk, on both sides of the aisle, down the same highway to the same unsavory destination. One may be driving a red car in the slow lane, the other driving a blue car in the fast lane, but they are both driving us in the same direction towards the tryanny of a corporate state. A vote for either will make you complicit in the deception and I urge everyone to avoid empowering evil with your vote. The fact is that the dissatisfaction with the two clowns is universal, and people are flocking to 3rd parties equally on both sides of the aisle. You do not have to empower evil with your vote. To do so will only be aiding and abetting criminals. This year I will vote 3rd Party and I urge all to do the same
- speciallyblend, on 10/10/2008, -2/+3CP/LP get your butts back to the gop, the party you left and retake that party ,until then the cp/lp will remain irrelavant as obama and mccain to our movement...
- odigity, on 10/10/2008, -1/+11I see validity to the arguments on both sides of this issue.
For example, I personally am trying to work within the GOP to restore them to sanity, because only the two major parties have power right now. But I only try to influence them, I don't support them financially or help any candidates who are less than worthy (which is more than half of them). And at election time, I will vote independent or third party except in cases of a particularly pro-liberty, Constitution-abiding Republican or Democrat.
This seems, to me, the best compromise.- rightwingattila, on 10/10/2008, -2/+4No more compromise! No more voting for the lessor of two evils. NO MORE! I've voted for Alan Keyes in the past and will continue to do so. I'm done with the RNC and all the RINO's. Next month, following the election, I will change my party affiliation to the Constitution Party. God Bless America!!!

- indyattic, on 10/10/2008, -0/+14I am voting third party for the first time ever. I am just really sad that with the chaos and destruction of the moment that nobody from a 3rd party can seem to gain an iota of traction.

I just couldn't have added 1 thing to say this any better, and it's so good that it deserves a repeat. - JoeParanoid, on 10/10/2008, -0/+7If not now, when? Movements take a while. Sure it won't make much of a difference at first but you've got to start somewhere. Even if a third party candidate does not win, the support gives leverage to demand change. That's why all this talk these days of winning over the independent votes. We just need to keep the pressure going and not just wake up during election years.
- Acrinimiril, on 10/10/2008, -1/+4If you vote for Obama or McCain, you have been fooled:

- SaraLiberty, on 10/10/2008, -0/+8Voting for a bought, sold and paid for, lobbyist pandering, Israel 1st'er, republicrap/democrap CFR, globalist puppet is the true wasted vote if there ever was. Neither slick talking script reading corporatist marionette deserves to be President of the United States. Neither represents the American people. They are employed by far greater, wealthier masters than 'we the people.' We are merely serfs for cannon fodder and taxes for either one of them. They're not even worth going to the polls for. At all.
Both vote YES on FISA spy bill garbage. Both support "Real ID" national ID card/RFID legislation. Both vote YES on the unconstitutional "Patriot Act" sham. Both vote YES to pass a fraud $700 billion dollar taxpayer funded extortion set-up. Both continue to sell us out at every turn. And rip us off just the same. They don't work to protect and defend our Constitution, civil liberties and rights. They legislate them away every chance they get. Doesn't anyone realize this?? How anybody can continue to support either of these double talking traitors is beyond me. - KCLorelei39, on 10/12/2008, -0/+4fta:
"Ladies and gentlemen, Barack Obama is headed for an electoral landslide victory over John McCain. John McCain can no more beat Barack Obama than Bob Dole could beat Bill Clinton.
I ask, therefore, Are not conservatives and Christians who vote for John McCain guilty of the same thing that they accuse people who vote for third party candidates of doing? Are they not voting for someone who cannot win? Indeed, they are."
Exactly. Very well said, sir! - sheeplescareme, on 10/15/2008, -0/+4the only "wasted vote" is one cast for the person who you don't fully believe in, thinking instead that the "lesser of two evils" is best. the country needs to shake off the left-right paradigm that has been indoctrinated into them before it is too late.
- Robodoon, on 10/18/2008, -1/+2Yeah, I'm late again. That working thing. Thanks for posting and supporting wasting your vote for good.
