  • mozarker, on 11/18/2008, -0/+2Our governmental system has never (at least in the past 50 years) been about providing quality education for the masses (black, white, Latino, Native American, or whatever) so they are capable of improving their lives. It is also not about providing rehabilitation for those who made unwise decisions. We are only about providing a subsistence level of living and punishment for mistakes. The government will only be happy when all of us are totally dependent upon them for our existence. That way they will have total control over our lives. And we call ourselves a good Christian nation.
