Clinton’s North Korea Legacy is Now

dprkstudies.org — If Clinton had done his job and confronted North Korea in 1999, it is unlikely that a) the June 2000 summit between Kim Jong-il and Kim Dae-jung would have occurred, b) that the Sunshine Policy would have survived, c) that opinion in South Korea would have turned so anti-American or pro-North Korea, or d) that Roh Moo-hyun would have been elected.
