- ryan83189, on 09/04/2008, -1/+1I noticed that she struggled for a few seconds, looked around and then picked back up. It looked like she made the rest up on the spot, any sources that confirm that it didn't come back on?
- CaptainNoPants, on 09/04/2008, -4/+1Well, I would hope she'd be able to "wow" the people that she's representing.
- mathewsjwm, on 09/04/2008, -2/+1with an over 80% approval rating it's apparent Sarah Palin's been "wow"ing Alaska.
- CaptainNoPants, on 09/04/2008, -1/+180%? That's it? In a state with less than 750,000 people that's peanuts.

LOL no wonder the Liberal Democrats are so frightened. - BennyGreenberg, on 09/04/2008, -2/+1She was good - I'll give her that. Let's see how the rest of this shapes up now...
- sheasie, on 09/05/2008, -0/+4So, you want smaller government? Lower taxes? And fiscal responsibly? Me too!!!
++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++
Words are cheap. The record is clear:
*** SMALLER GOVERNMENT: ***
http://perotcharts.com/images/challenges/challenge ...
FACT: Government spending has increased under both Democrats AND Republicans since 1968. Both parties are to blame for the astronomical growth of the Federal Government. So what's the difference?
MCCAIN: Preaches smaller Government, but McCain voted in favor of EVERY spending INCREASE proposed and executed by Bush Administration.
OBAMA: Voted against several spending increases - a more modest approach.
*** LOWER TAXES: ***
http://www.washingtonpost.com/wp-dyn/content/story ...
MCCAIN: Yes, McCain will lower your taxes!! If you earn $66,000 a year or less, McCain will lower your taxes by 0.7% !!! (About $462.00)
OBAMA: Yes, Obama will lower your taxes, too!! If you earn $66,000 a year or less, McCain will lower your taxes by 2.4% !!! (About $1,584.00)
*** FISCAL RESPONSIBILITY ***
http://seekingalpha.com/article/92929-republicans- ...
FACT: The national debt has INCREASED under EVERY Republican administration (without exception!) over the past 25 years.
MCCAIN: Voted in favor of Bush's economic agenda 90% of the time. As a result, America's dollar is weak, and the economy is facing deeply concerning issues due to historic national debt.
OBAMA: Plans to increase taxes ONLY on people earning MORE than $600,000 annually to help insure "fiscal responsibility" !!!
*** CONCLUSION: ***
Words are cheap. We need to "face facts". The record is clear: OBAMA/BIDEN '08
