War Crimes Prosecution would be a Grave Mistake

squirmelicious.com — Reasonable people can disagree as to the methods the administration employs to secure the homeland and we should openly debate this issue, but it's difficult to fathom that anyone acted with criminal intent in improperly interpreting the Geneva treaties protecting human rights. Prosecution for a broad interpretation would not leave us safer.
