He supports the late-term procedure, partial-birth abortion, where the baby's skull is stabbed with scissors in the birth canal and the brains are sucked out to end its life swiftly.

In this Obama is strangely allied with Margaret Sanger, the founder of Planned Parenthood, who promoted the idea of "race hygiene" through "negative eugenics," an attempt to reduce the fertility of "dysgenic" groups.
