As Bush Signs the Spy Bill, ACLU Files a Federal Lawsuit
blog.wired.com — The American Civil Liberties Union filed suit Thursday over a controversial wiretapping law, challenging the constitutionality of the expanded spy powers Congress granted to the president on Wednesday. The federal lawsuit was filed with the court just hours after Bush signed the bill into law.

Spying on your own citizens smacks straight back to the the McCarthy days. WE HAVE TO TEAR DOWN THIS NEWLY PASSED LAW.
In addition to using our confirmed 2nd amendment rights to fend of a TOTALITARIAN government, we should also gain back our ground on the 4th Amendment by exercising our 1st Amendment:
