- chopenik, on 10/12/2007, -58/+315Absolutely great stuff. Too bad this stuff is being suppressed on the home front. :(
P.S. Naked chick..... Sweet.- rentovski, on 10/12/2007, -117/+306These people should be protesting abductions and corruption IN THEIR OWN COUNTRY!
- Crass22, on 10/12/2007, -30/+108Despite the down-diggs rentoyski has been receiving he does make a good point.
It's not like he said he is for or against Bush either. Check out this 2003 report from Amnesty International about corruption in Brazil.
http://web.amnesty.org/report2003/bra-summary-eng - Chompy, on 10/12/2007, -47/+38I wish we could get rid of him as easily as that.
- virtualmadden, on 10/12/2007, -66/+82Great idea, let's all cheer for destruction of private property and general stupidity! I may not agree with our leaders, but I'm sure there are better ways to protest.
- macmcrae, on 10/12/2007, -13/+122What a flaming tease of a header.
That cops expression is priceless.
Brazilian chicks are smoking hot. - Spiritcatcher, on 10/12/2007, -17/+131Brazilians are noted world wide for their ability to recognize a perfect ass.
- bIuebonics, on 10/12/2007, -25/+4ps... hot naked chick (the first one) ;P
- zachblume, on 10/12/2007, -46/+21I hope bush "mysteriously" commits "suicide" while everyone is "sleeping".
- zdiddy85, on 10/12/2007, -14/+108http://bp1.blogger.com/_ySCIT3KO9Zc/RfLtHau0wPI/AAAAAAAADNU/ZFuYzfqzrLQ/s1600-h/bush_in_brazil_24.jpg
How badass is it to be kicking a beamer while getting maced? - SavageBlackCat, on 10/12/2007, -80/+23Dugg down. So what if nutjobs in a 3rd world county don't like Bush.
- NoStoppingUs, on 10/12/2007, -47/+20these pictures might as well be from the DNC.
is that howard dean i see holding a ***** poster?!? - DonWilson, on 10/12/2007, -35/+10Doesn't that say something about your cause that you have to photoshop the picture of your person to make your point? Because showing the normal picture (aka truth) would do absolutely nothing.
- DonWilson, on 10/12/2007, -30/+6zdiddy85: apparently not at as cool as his super original mohawk, beer gut and super tiny feet.
- civdis24, on 10/12/2007, -22/+72Not that I support Bush's policies, but doesn't it seem like hating Bush and America has become "the cool thing" globally?
On the other hand, perhaps it is good that much of the hatred against America is placed on Bush so that when he is out of office, the US can get a fresh start of sorts.
Furthermore, nice *****! - cinnix, on 10/12/2007, -8/+146" http://bp1.blogger.com/_ySCIT3KO9Zc/RfLtHau0wPI/AAAAAAAADNU/ZFuYzfqzrLQ/s1600-h/bush_in_brazil_24.jpg
How badass is it to be kicking a beamer while getting maced? "
That's not mace, thats hairspray. - dreaz, on 10/12/2007, -13/+45@ crass22
He's being dugg down because it's ridiculous to assume that because those people are protesting against bush they've forgotten that they live in a country filled with corruption.
Also FYI, a good deal of the protests had no violence at all but it's easy to get out of hand, so don't assume it all starts with "destruction of private property and general stupidity". - moxx, on 10/12/2007, -35/+31People overate how evil Bush is...he certainly isn't a Hitler...not even a Pol Pot...
(don't take this as some bush support, I hate bush just as much as the next guy, probably even more...but he isn't committing nearly the crimes against humanity Hitler and likes did) - jpjandrade, on 10/12/2007, -2/+62Our language is actually called Portuguese (that's a common mistake), because we borrowed it, well, from the portuguese.
Anyway, Fora means Out, it's just that the sintax is different and here the expression "Bush Out!" or "Out Bush!" actually has a meaning. I believe in english it's just wrong, grammar and sintax-wise. - kutza, on 10/12/2007, -6/+13See the cops eyes? He's got the right idea.
- Platysquirrel, on 10/12/2007, -14/+9Ahh, topless protest. Bush should stop by there more often.
- twinklyJesus, on 10/12/2007, -8/+12The top photo is photoshopped all to hell.
The bottom pic is just HOT, I don't care what she's got all over her. - pikpikcarrotmon, on 10/12/2007, -19/+3It's BRAZIL. South America has never even tolerated the USA. Now, if this protest was in an American-friendly nation like Britain, it would mean a whole lot more.
- KingLeo, on 10/12/2007, -11/+6NSFW
- Cleanlyness, on 10/12/2007, -19/+5Only in brazil.
They are attacking the US embassy, yeah those are your "peaceful" protesters. Propaganda FTW - Irishjohn74, on 10/12/2007, -9/+3I'd like to see her get her Bush out......mrVqV
- WhiplashVIII, on 10/12/2007, -7/+11Yea right... suppressed by our liberal media. Wake up.
- pikpikcarrotmon, on 10/12/2007, -18/+8Odd how almost all the posts with any diggs are the ones supporting this ridiculous protest while all others, no matter what they say, are being buried. Real open-minded, Digg.
($5 says this'll be buried too) - hambend, on 10/12/2007, -3/+37@rentovski
What makes you think they don't? Note the protests outside the Brazilian house of congress. They're just as pissed off at the people who invited him as they are at bush himself.
@virtualmadden
Poor people have no problem wrecking expensive bmws. That's not general stupidity, that's outright frustration at a being systematically oppressed by a corrupt system while the rich continue to profit.
@dowison
Making bush look like Hitler is called symbolism. Obviously they don't want to wave banners with an unmodified Bush on them, because Bush supporters wave such banners with pride.
@civdis24
It's not just a "cool thing" to do. The world is REALLY that pissed off at Bush. And looking at what he's done to America, besides what he's done to the rest of the world, we're surprised you don't feel the same way. And yeah, most of our anger is directed at Bush, but it's starting to spill over into the American populace at large because you STILL haven't done anything to stop him. - ROFLance, on 10/12/2007, -2/+10I like the motorcycle helmet standard the cops wear over there.
http://bp1.blogger.com/_ySCIT3KO9Zc/RfLtrau0wVI/AAAAAAAADOE/-b1h9l5JQTo/s1600-h/bush_in_brazil_18.jpg - nogami, on 10/12/2007, -7/+30Pity that Brazilians are doing a better job trying to get Bush out than Americans (who should really be the ones doing this)...
- Kamill85, on 10/12/2007, -3/+11Whatever it's about, she's damn hot and must be right.
- playa112, on 10/12/2007, -2/+46Hot Chick + Brazilian Wax = NO BUSH!
- mikeman8905, on 10/12/2007, -2/+1I don't understand how laying naked in the street shows how much you don't like the Bush administration. Not like I have a problem with it...
But there is other ways to protest and there is better ways to get your message heard. Peaceful protesting does not equal destroying things (I'm not only talking about Brazil). - Ascendant, on 10/12/2007, -0/+4Did you notice how unlike most articles, which the "Digg this" widget at the top or top right of the article- in this one they stuck the "Digg this" widget immediately after the picture of the topless chick? Very clever marketing!
- kolobcreek, on 10/12/2007, -12/+4What a bunch of !@$#5 retards they have a good example of Hitler just next door in Venezuela.
- jamessavik, on 10/12/2007, -9/+6Why is it that when Americans criticize 3rd world countries that dispose of their dissidents in shredders, we're dumb/racist/culturally insensitive?
When 3rd worlders are critical of the US, they are pronounced brilliant?
Why is it that those same 3rd worlders are pouring across our borders? If the US is so *****, one would think that they would like to stay home where everything is so ***** wonderful. - appetite, on 10/12/2007, -2/+7They're pouring over the border because we're destroying everything outside it. (I know that's an exaggeration.)
Bush is an embarrassment. (That's an understatement.) - ICSU, on 10/12/2007, -1/+8"These people should be protesting abductions and corruption IN THEIR OWN COUNTRY!"
How do you know they aren't? - morsosky, on 10/12/2007, -2/+4happy that such hot chicks are interested in politics. how often does that happen in the states
- MAJORstrasser, on 10/12/2007, -7/+3I understand people hate Bush...hell, there's no one I hate more in current politics...but if there's one rule everyone should obey in political rhetoric, just one, it should be to never, NEVER compare compare anyone or anything to the Nazis and Hitler. Call me crazy, but I just don't see how Bush stacks up to someone who exterminated some 7,000,000 people, not to mention the fact that he damn near brought the world to its knees.
- DonWilson, on 10/12/2007, -0/+6morsosky, rarely.
You could say Ann Coulter but 50% of us will call her a witch or *****, albeit from the self-righteous side that preaches fairness and equality. - netfool, on 10/12/2007, -1/+1Nooo! I'm going on leave from Iraq to Rio De Janeiro -- extremely soon! If I don't get laid because of this I'm voting for the Democrats the rest of my life.
- xGORDOx, on 10/12/2007, -2/+2http://powerlineblog.com/archives/016996.php
The hypocrisy is astounding. - KrystollMeth, on 10/12/2007, -2/+0I travel quite a bit, and would have loved to have been there for this. Would love to get one of those Bush-made-to-look-like-Hitler (what a stretch...) shirts too (mental note to check eBay later...). One thing I will say sucks is the resentment all these people feel for ALL Americans. I'm not Bush, I hate him, his family (could put the daughters to use...) and anyone who thinks like him but am treated like his supporter or helper all the same...
- PeterBWiggin, on 10/12/2007, -0/+1"The protests were violent, but not maßive... Near the hotel where Bush was there were at most 200 people. I know for I work at a neighbouring building."
... and they say Republicans spread Propaganda. Death to all Christian Conservative Whites! They are the source of all our problems.
- stadnyk, on 10/12/2007, -16/+136Brazilian girls are so sexy
- sepultura, on 10/12/2007, -22/+98I support their protest and encourage them to continue :)
- TheTaoOfBill, on 10/12/2007, -32/+13except for those 2 chicks laying head to head. They look like dudes with boobs.
- civdis24, on 10/12/2007, -18/+10except violence and destruction of property is totally unecessary and effectively turns a legitimate demonstration of opinion into somewhat of a criminal act
- peevegrider, on 10/12/2007, -3/+1It seems like even in the USA there have been wide-scale coordinated protests (at least in my city) numerous times each month for the past 5 yrs, and damn, for the life of me, I can't seem to see anything changing. Everyone else can criticize US foreign policy, but lots of other countries hopped on the bandwagon at the same time. Hell look at how everyone even sees outright subversion and/or dissent in any country.
I'll give you a hint, suits call it: DOMESTIC TERRORISM
- brivapor, on 10/12/2007, -17/+52Yes gota love that sexy Brasillian flaver, and oh yea, those protests are huge
DONT BACK DOWN BABY!!!- PATSCRU, on 10/12/2007, -13/+6yeah, protests look very vibrant....way better than the black bloc guys.
- Jaymoon, on 10/12/2007, -20/+13I've seen more people show up for a Clippers game than this.
- dtfinch, on 10/12/2007, -29/+83Wow. They see Bush the same way half of America does.
- EssPii, on 10/12/2007, -22/+164Except they try to do something about it.
- fugazi, on 10/12/2007, -25/+4Well apparently there was no assassination attempt like the one on Cheney.
- TheToecutter, on 10/12/2007, -15/+16@esspii
They just don't realize yet that they can't do anything about it. Just like those of us in the US, especially those of us that didn't vote for him...twice.
Once again, thanks to all you ***** who voted for him. Thanks. - Cleanlyness, on 10/12/2007, -15/+4try do something about it?
attacking the US embassy is hating bush? far out dude. attack that beamer too! it's a German car but we have Nazi signs so attack! Propaganda FTW
Them organizing like this shows how smart they are, only idiots would riot. - Zippo, on 10/12/2007, -1/+9Yeah, it's about time Americans get off their ass and protest. Heck, people should have been rioting in the streets over three years ago.
- Derrekito, on 10/12/2007, -0/+7U.S. citizens are distracted and have their hand full with "What Will Britney SHAVE next?!" and "Who is the daddy of some dumb drugged up whore!?" along with apathy, this is why nothing will get done.
- nekitip, on 10/12/2007, -20/+59I guess this is not much covered in the USA because it contains nudity.
- plugues, on 10/12/2007, -9/+43well, it didn't get covered in Brazilian mainstream media either, and we got carnival here. so I don't really think nudity was an issue.
- killinger777, on 10/12/2007, -9/+26What are you talking about? I saw this on tv... minus the *****.
- plugues, on 10/12/2007, -9/+18did you see the fires, destructions, cop beating kids and nude girls? was the story reported as significant, or just a side note?
- kendrahat, on 10/12/2007, -9/+1excluding the fact that the protest were one of CNN's leading stories on their website, it hasn't been covered at all in the US
- asauterChicago, on 10/12/2007, -5/+17Your're exactly right, total lack of coverage (get it, no coverage?? ha!)
You know I think America would take more notice if we had hot naked chicks protesting in the streets. Unfortunately, we don't. I declare that this day moving forward, that we, the people of Digg, should focus our attention away from getting our girlfriends to play with video games and more on protesting naked. Girl diggers: naked in the streets, with signs, now! - KiloCharley, on 10/12/2007, -3/+10http://news.yahoo.com/s/ap/20070308/ap_on_re_la_am_ca/brazil_bush_protests;_ylt=AroP9V5sLz2Y3dhQC2JxyLtvaA8F
two days ago....! - amphoterous, on 10/12/2007, -2/+5CNN link:
http://www.cnn.com/2007/POLITICS/03/08/bush.latin.america.ap/index.html
"Riot police fired tear gas and beat some protesters with batons after more than 6,000 people held a largely peaceful march through the financial district. And in the southern city of Porto Alegre, more than 500 people yelled, "Get out, imperialist!" as they burned an effigy of Bush outside a Citigroup Inc. bank branch." - killinger777, on 10/12/2007, -8/+3I saw it on CNN and Fox News. Yes, it is somewhat treated as a sidenote, because frankly, it is.

- Cymrubeats, on 10/12/2007, -22/+2IN IN!!!
- MackenzieWelch, on 10/12/2007, -22/+5Those were the most fantastic pictures I have ever seen.
- Ibanezfoo, on 10/12/2007, -10/+7You must lead a very sad, boring, and pathetic life... Go outside once in awhile.
- bryan879, on 10/12/2007, -31/+25It's sad that people deface our embassy though. That's pretty insulting since it is our country after all. I understand how they feel but that they cross a line there.
- fugazi, on 10/12/2007, -25/+9They attacked American property and endangered the lives of American citizens its time to attack!!!!!! O wait isn't that what generic Americans would do? O well war it is!
- SteaminTmann, on 10/12/2007, -7/+22And, technically embassies are part of the US, so that could be considered an attack.. I guess
- DivinoAG, on 10/12/2007, -13/+27A country is its people and its land, not its buildings. I don't agree with destruction as a form of protest, and do think that is a crime, but that is not a greater insult than burning your president's effigy.
Personally I think Bush is an idiot, but my greater problem with him coming here to my city was not his actual presence... but the chaos he installed on the city because he's too afraid to face the fact he's not welcome, so everybody need to be moved away and kept at a distance. Result: people actually being moved from their houses temporally because they were near his path, chaotic traffic all around the city, and the list goes on.
So... no, I don't want him here. - uttles, on 10/12/2007, -26/+4What's more sad is that we didn't open fire with a 50 caliber the minute they touched our property.
- captaineuphoria, on 10/12/2007, -1/+9@uttles
Even sadder; morons like you exist.
- TheToecutter, on 10/12/2007, -27/+46Bush doesn't give a ***** about his own citizens. Why would anyone think he would care what they thought?
/boggle- plugues, on 10/12/2007, -16/+28it's not about making Bush care, that will never happen. it's about showing the world how people here feel about the current administration of the empire (you guys can hate me for calling it an empire, but at least give it 2 minutes of thought. is it or is it not an empire?)
- NoStoppingUs, on 10/12/2007, -15/+28george bush doesnt care about black people.
- TheToecutter, on 10/12/2007, -6/+3@plugues
It is about trying to make Bush care. They are demonstrating during his visit. If they really didn't care what he thought they would be carrying out massive demonstrations when he DOESN'T visit. - aukxsona, on 10/12/2007, -1/+2Ok ok we're an empire...great we know that we just don't shove it in your face verbally. I'll prove we know we are an empire...your people had to move out of their homes just because our president came...BUT if your president comes...well too bad.
Fair HELL No.
Anyway, nice protests. Glad you all actually USE your freedoms...most Latinos do. If the legal and illegal Latinos of America worried about more than just immigration issues...or weren't so damn conservative...we might get this place back into shape.
- fugazi, on 10/12/2007, -14/+18Anyone else read he signs and see "Fora Bush" and find it funny.
- monkeyrun, on 10/12/2007, -11/+19sweet, brazilian girls sure love to protest topless......
- kutza, on 10/12/2007, -3/+10I'm convinced of their cause. ;)
- sirjimbob, on 10/12/2007, -13/+21W sure has aged in the last 7 years. WOW!
- TheTaoOfBill, on 10/12/2007, -16/+25War presidents tend to age pretty fast during their presidency. I guess it's stressful sending people's sons and brothers and fathers out to die.
- fantasticFlan, on 10/12/2007, -12/+22Don't forget the daughters, sisters, and mothers.
- NoStoppingUs, on 10/12/2007, -10/+15if thats the case, 90% of the democrat party would be rapidly aging as well

- spliffy, on 10/12/2007, -5/+6i bet he didn't even see it.
maybe he heard about it in passing over dinner...- jpjandrade, on 10/12/2007, -4/+24Nope. I'm from Brazil, and I can assure you he didn't even see it. Nor did 95% of our population, because media won't show it. They only show protesters as crude anarchic vandals.

- Spikito, on 10/12/2007, -26/+7you know what i would love to see.....any of your bush-bashers spend a day in the presidents shoes, and see what kind of job you do.
- fantasticFlan, on 10/12/2007, -8/+28Agreed, someone please step up and take his place.
- jasonlion54, on 10/12/2007, -4/+11Do you really think that Bush is smarter than every one who opposes him? He's nothing special. I would love to see someone else in the president's shoes. If they did nothing, it would be better than Bush. What makes you think that Bush is anything more than a face for the people behind him?
- TheToecutter, on 10/12/2007, -7/+3@Spikito
WTF does that have to do with the job he's doing now. Absolutely nothing. Yes, being the president is hard, that's why we should elect ***** like Bush into office. Get it? - sven007, on 10/12/2007, -0/+4Well, first i would focus on the condition of health care and education in my own country. second, i might try to bring peace to the world using words. third i might try to help remove corrupt governments around the world (come on, well all know the aid we send to Africa is going straight into the head of state's pockets and not to the people). fourth: maybe stop saying that there is moderate threat of terrorism. why don't we just not encourage fear by lowering the terror rate, and i think everyone will be happy. wouldn't you feel better if homeland security said: low risk of attacks today? America has spent the last 5-6 years at a level yellow or above, which means threat of terrorist attack. I think a little encouragement from the government that everything is okay could solve many problems (racial, threats, people who fear everything).
btw, who would dare attack the united states? Everybody in the world knows that if you guys are attacked, they will be blown off the face of the earth. - aukxsona, on 10/12/2007, -1/+4Ok. I vote for me...who's with me?!
As president I will..repeal the Patriot Act
Ensure the 2nd Amendment is SAFE!
Cut the Deficit ...
lower government spending...
actually get FEMA to work...
Repeal the Military Commission Act
Shut Down Gitmo...
Find Osama Bin Laden...and have him tried here in America.
Allow Padilla a fair trial...
return Habeous Corpus to it's rightful place...
Fix No Child Left Behind...
Clean our Corruption
Reinstate the Family as the primary provider to societies wellness...
Firmly deal with North Korea
and deal with health care and expensive HMO's
- topace3000, on 10/12/2007, -13/+4Nothing like violent riots for peace.
- uttles, on 10/12/2007, -18/+5Yes! Evil Bush! Get out! How dare you promote the use of biofuels so that we can reduce oil consumption and use cleaner energy instead! You vile, terrible man!

I read this thinking, "Are you serious?! You couldn't be more wrong! The embassy is called an embassy for a reason."
Then I read...
"him coming here to my city"
Oh, you're from the area. Makes sense then.
PS - Don't destroy property I helped pay for. I don't like Bush either, but there are more civil ways to show it. (I'm not implying that you yourself destroyed property.) - bicyclethief, on 10/12/2007, -9/+3I think that Brasilian blonde misunderstood the "bush out" theme.
- tim7423, on 10/12/2007, -2/+16Had no idea this was going on when we walked threw it to meet a friend for drinks in Sao Paulo that night. It was odd being an American in the middle of that.
- uttles, on 10/12/2007, -15/+8One more thing: if you ever find yourself agreeing politically with a bunch of young, hot, naked women, you KNOW 100 PERCENT that your views are wrong.
- indraneel24, on 10/12/2007, -8/+3ah only in brazil

- bicyclethief, on 10/12/2007, -10/+1I don't smell anything.
- kd1s, on 10/12/2007, -10/+6Nice to see that the police in Brazil are as much fascists as the police here in the U.S.
- spartan777, on 10/12/2007, -16/+8I'd bet many of them are getting hand-outs from Chavez.
- jasonlion54, on 10/12/2007, -8/+13Yes, because if you don't like fascists like Bush, you must be goddamn communist.
- lessbs1, on 10/12/2007, -5/+1He loves Brazil
- Neogene, on 10/12/2007, -9/+4He fears Chavez like the hell.
- uttles, on 10/12/2007, -6/+14Why would anyone outside of Venezuela fear Chavez? He's bankrupting his own country on the normal socialist dictator pace. In a few years they'll all be starving and he'll be violently removed from power.
- historybuff, on 10/12/2007, -9/+6Brazil's a big country. This was a small protest, just a few thousand. It doesn't mean much except that some Brazilians wanted to party (in their own way). And yes, it is difficult to take it seriously ..... half nude pretty girls exhibiting their wares does not impress politically.
- uttles, on 10/12/2007, -10/+2Exactly. The only reason your side would ever need naked women is because you lack reason. If reason is on your side, you don't need boobs to prove a point.
- jpjandrade, on 10/12/2007, -3/+7Yeah, but the protests occured on the most important avenue in São Paulo, which is the biggest and most important city in Brazil. Also, Bush's comittee blocked the traffic wherever it passed (and São Paulo has a huge traffic problem), so I can say for sure it messed things up for lots of people.
- TheSeraph, on 10/12/2007, -7/+1Looks like Bush us equipped with the latest cyborg arm. Check out that third hand: http://bp2.blogger.com/_ySCIT3KO9Zc/RfLtHqu0wRI/AAAAAAAADNk/xGJ5dYiilQQ/s1600-h/bush_in_brazil_22.jpg
- JusticeRebel, on 10/12/2007, -13/+5after looking at these people.........
...........it makes me want to change the constitution so Bush can be elected for FOUR MORE YEARS!- modelcadet, on 10/12/2007, -1/+2Because the Constitution has stopped his power-grabbing before...
- imightbewrong, on 10/12/2007, -10/+3wow these people are stupid
- RobotCitizen, on 10/12/2007, -6/+5Not that I don't like a naked Brazilian chick as much as the next guy, but is she protesting Bush's behavior or rewarding it?
- fani, on 10/12/2007, -10/+2I want Bush in.
- Demono, on 10/12/2007, -7/+21To all of you saying that Brazil should worry about their own country and their own corruption problems. Does that mean its not okay for us to worry about other countries like Iraq or is it okay for American's to have double standards? We have countless problems in America which our war money could be much better spent on such as poverty, education, and cutting down on our own forms of corruption in the government. So if "Mind your own business" is the best comment you can come up with, then its time to start eating your own words when it comes to what your own country is doing across the world and at home.
- krakkinem, on 10/12/2007, -6/+11God some of those protesters are HOT. Makes us Americans look like pigdogs.
- KiloCharley, on 10/12/2007, -5/+17can't we all just get abong?
- jpjandrade, on 10/12/2007, -7/+7Sure, just take Bush out and put somewhere who respects the world in his place.
- lessbs1, on 10/12/2007, -4/+1Bush got booty
- madfusion15, on 10/12/2007, -6/+1bush is pure *****
- bigballerrob22, on 10/12/2007, -12/+7Well since they hate President*** Bush, I say we revoke the $1.6 billion in U.S. aid to the region.
Then they will see how much they really appreciate our President and our country.
ungrateful bastards.
butt the blonde bitch is FINEEE.- h0ly, on 10/12/2007, -2/+7What does any financial aid has to do with Bush? Are you implying that every past decision of the USA government is somehow impersonated on the current president?
BTW, do you understand they are protesting against war above anything else right?
- h0ly, on 10/12/2007, -2/+7What does any financial aid has to do with Bush? Are you implying that every past decision of the USA government is somehow impersonated on the current president?
- jlbgilbert, on 10/12/2007, -17/+7I respect President Bush, he is a good man that is doing what he thinks is best. We elected him and should respect our decision.
What should be questioned around the world is the unfair treatment by a biased press that is turning people against him by always looking for the negative to report about him and the US.- KiloCharley, on 10/12/2007, -12/+4@jlbgilbert
A free thinking individual with his/her own opinion on digg? be prepared to be dugg down by the heard mentality! good for you ! my regards. - Osjpr, on 10/12/2007, -4/+6gilbert, Go back to school. The rest of the world is biased, huh? It's the other way around. Idiot. Since your comment appears on this story one has to conclude that you think the media should ignore the protest ever happened, so only good news is reported about the US president? That's can be called propaganda and corruption of the media. This is why you are stupid.
- h0ly, on 10/12/2007, -2/+6It's naive to think these people are protesting solely under the power of media. We are talking about Brazillian media here, a media that is most favorable to the USA government if anything, a media that demonizes any kind of protest.
So you have to consider they genuinely hate Bush for a reason. - eugene259, on 10/12/2007, -2/+8A lot of people didn't vote for Bush. A lot.
- cptn_cardboard, on 10/12/2007, -0/+2calm down guys, gilberts a troll...
...i hope
- KiloCharley, on 10/12/2007, -12/+4@jlbgilbert
- KevinRoseFetus, on 10/12/2007, -5/+1Demono just ***** OWNED everyone! hahahaha that's some good *****!
- andy3109, on 10/12/2007, -10/+2What I don't get is that if Bush is going to talk big business, won't that ultimately help the Brazilian people? Or is the government too corrupt to use the money on its people?
At any rate...I'd much rather give my money to Brazil than IRAQ (or any terrorist middle eastern country).- AhmedF, on 10/12/2007, -2/+10Umm ... look at the US. Rich people get richer, the poor get poorer.
Same thing applies in a country like Brasil - all that 'money' simply flows to the rich.
- AhmedF, on 10/12/2007, -2/+10Umm ... look at the US. Rich people get richer, the poor get poorer.
