Drunk Illegal In Another Crash
denverpost.com — It seems that the government in Colorado is doing all it can to keep drunk illegals on the road.Daniel Barrales, 22, ran a red light at West 144th Avenue and Sheridan Boulevard on Saturday morning, police said. A GMC Envoy broadsided the minivan, rolling it on its side. Barrales had been cited before and was still here illegally.

- Paultards, on 10/08/2008, -15/+8Buried as a bigoted thread..People are killed by drunk drivers every day, both legals and illegals
- futureisours, on 10/08/2008, -4/+9Hey retard, the thing is this illegal shouldn't have been in the country in the first place. Jails are packed full of them and overall they are a drain on our resources, especially during these tough economic times. While the majority are good, hard-working people, there are way too many that cause problems like in this story.
- ADIDAS247, on 10/08/2008, -2/+1They should just make crashing illegal and then we could avoid this argument
- InRussetShadows, on 10/08/2008, -3/+5I agree. It is no bigotry to note the terrible burden that illegals place upon us all.
- cashman57, on 10/11/2008, -0/+1It angers me as a taxpayer that we have to pay these police and prosecutors when they turn crap like this back on the street. How many lives could have been saved and how much damage not done if the police and the government acted right the first time and sent him packing back to whatever country he was illegally here from after they first caught him driving without a license or insurance or even a reason to be where he was, at least not a legal one.
I don't know if I just notice it more in the past couple of years or if more of these type offenses are happening all over our Great Nation.

- cashman57, on 10/08/2008, -4/+12Sportsstar67- exactly what is bigoted about this thread? Is it because you hate me for the color of my skin?
The fact is the illegal should have been deported the very first time he was caught, not allowed to kill someone before any action is taken.
You could try reading the article or have someone who understands the big words read it to you.
I realize your limited education does get in the way of your comprehension.- Paultards, on 10/08/2008, -11/+4 I have no idea what color your skin is so that's impossible.and I am far better educated than you son !!
- cashman57, on 10/08/2008, -3/+9sportsstar67- you have at best a rudimentary education. Perhaps you bought a degree with box tops from Fruit Loops and $4.99 but you didn't get an education to go with it son.
Anyone who reads what you write and compares it to mine sees that you have by far the lower IQ and by far less education. Maybe you can fool some people, but I am not fooled and you are not an educated man.

- Paultards, on 10/08/2008, -13/+5@Cashman--That would be difficult since I have no idea what color your skin is..I do however claim it's bigoted because I know which candidate's ideals you represent....There are tons of legals driving who have had a dozen arrests for driving drunk and still drive drunk and kill people..So why just pick on this guy because he's an illegal ? YEPPER, Absolutely Positively this is Bigoted !
- cashman57, on 10/08/2008, -3/+9I "pick on" the government in Colorado which allowed this illegal to drive and remain in the united States.
He should have been deported the very first time.
Perhaps if you have someone read the article to you it will help. Clearly you can't comprehend it on your own.- Paultards, on 10/08/2008, -10/+4Why just Colorado, you hate them too ? Hop in your truck, dump in some vegetable oil, and head out to your home in the wilderness and take a nap..Perhaps you could call all the Colorado reps with your smoke and mirrors and tell them you're a State resident and you're mad..You can toss all the childish insults you like, THIS IS A TOTALLY BIGGOTED THREAD !!
- o0joshua0o, on 10/09/2008, -0/+2There's nothing bigoted about being opposed to illegal activities, or wanting existing laws enforced.
Entering the country illegally is illegal, and someone shouldn't be given a free pass just because he or she is Mexican.

- Paultards, on 10/08/2008, -13/+5BIGGOT ALERT !!
- futureisours, on 10/08/2008, -3/+6Note that any time a libtard can't debate in an argument, they resort to these kinds of attacks. Typical playbook.
- Paultards, on 10/08/2008, -5/+3That may be true, but I'm not a liberal..I totally oppose illegal immigration...and bigotry !
- cashman57, on 10/10/2008, -0/+1You don't have to worry about "paultards" anymore, he finally became offensive enough that digg ousted him for a fourth time.
I did notice that he could not formulate an argument, but I have known he was a farce for a long time.
Now he's history.
- futureisours, on 10/08/2008, -3/+6Note that any time a libtard can't debate in an argument, they resort to these kinds of attacks. Typical playbook.
- cashman57, on 10/08/2008, -3/+13You would think that someone who claims to be educated could actually spell the word bigoted.
Once again sportsstar67 you prove yourself as a liar. - Brundy, on 10/08/2008, -3/+13"According to public court records, he was charged by the Colorado State Patrol with driving under the influence, illegal lane change, driving without a license and driving with false plates in March.
In May, Adams County Judge Jeffrey Liam Romeo dismissed all the charges.
In August 2007 Barrales pleaded guilty to driving without a license and paid a $72 fine after being ticketed by Commerce City police, records show. Judge Simon Mole dismissed a second charge of failure to show proof of insurance."
If an American was caught driving a car while DUI, with a fake plate, no license, and no insurance, what do you think would happen? Would we just be turned loose with minor fines? I don't think so. You ***** who continue to read these stories as "bigoted" need to wake up and get off the politically correct mindset, you're responsible for keeping bigotry and stereotyping alive!- cashman57, on 10/08/2008, -2/+8You can bet they would find a way to keep an American from going out and driving AGAIN. I don't know what passes for law enforcement in Adams County. They need a new sheriff, new prosecutors, and a new attitude about protecting the good law abiding people of Colorado from being hit by drunk illegals who have a history of violations of the law. They have the technology and are in the process of tracking every single American. We are numbered for their convenience, so no number, you don't get to stay here, back to where you came from.
It would stop crime from happening because the repeat offenders like this guy would not be able to stay and bash their cars into moms and kids.
I can't believe anyone is seriously defending this guy.
He has no apparent redeeming qualities and doesn't belong in my country.- Paultards, on 10/08/2008, -7/+4Bull Crap, it happens all the time..Many "Americans" have a dozen convictions and are still on the road..The issue is drunk driving, not immigration...Your bigotry is showing once again !!
- Brundy, on 10/09/2008, -0/+2Heh, the "Paultards" account is gone.. I wonder if he got kicked or if he's just an account hopping troll..
- cashman57, on 10/11/2008, -0/+2Brundy- actually that was his fourth digg account, now they are all closed. I bet he's like that in person too.

- drhex31, on 10/08/2008, -1/+12we can not deport him until after he has had a chance to vote in the presidential election.
- cashman57, on 10/08/2008, -4/+9I have to wonder what the people who live in Adams County are thinking when they read that yet another illegal has violated the law numerous times.
Why can't Adams County take a look at Maricopa County Arizona where if you are caught once you don't get to go back outside and you wear pink prison garb and eat baloney sandwiches until you are transferred by the feds or deported.
They have a reduced crime rate since Joe took over and he's as much responsible for it as any other cause.
He has reduced the number of illegals in that County and is known as the toughest sheriff in the united States because of his attitude.
I think that Adams County residents are getting ripped off with what they pay for law enforcement. I think the judge who released him the first time should be impeached or recalled. - COINTELPROAgent, on 10/08/2008, -12/+4What did the fact that he was here illegally have to do with the article? Are you saying more illegals are drunks than legals? Or playing with words because you're a bigot?
- Paultards, on 10/08/2008, -10/+4It's a racist type thread hidden under the disguise of an immigration thread
- o0joshua0o, on 10/09/2008, -0/+3The fact that he was illegal means that:
a) he shouldn't have been here in the first place, which..
b) makes it all the more tragic that he injured US citizens who are here legally, and..
c) illustrates the toll illegal immigration is taking on the country.
- InRussetShadows, on 10/09/2008, -2/+6Being anti-illegal is not bigotry. I don't care what color, what race, what nationality these people are, but they are not here legally, and they are committing crimes against us, and they are bleeding our system dry. They are flooding the hospitals, the schools, and the roads with people who know little if any English. They refuse to assimilate. While here, they use identity theft to ingratiate themselves into the system; their networks are terrorist conduits as 9-11 demonstrates (several of the hijackers had overstayed their student visas). Please, read Michelle Malkin's "Invasion" to get a taste of what illegal immigration has done to this country, and if that is not enough, look up the term "rape tree". These people must go and must go now.
- COINTELPROAgent, on 10/09/2008, -7/+1And that's all true, but what does that have to do with the article? But the reason why people are commenting here is because the submitter is a Ron Paul supporter.

Bury this as a Bigoted comment by a Paul supporter..I do not favor
illegal immigration but I don't support bigotry either
***********************
Paultards sent you a shout and told you I was a bigot.
I am not a bigot.
I am against illegal immigration, driving drunk, and judges who let people who are here illegally and have committed an offense back on the street.
If you had actually read my comment you would know that.
BTW seems like paultards needs another digg account.
he's gone.
Now grow up and think for yourself for a change. - COINTELPROAgent, on 10/09/2008, -3/+1I'm glad he alerted me to Ron Paul supporter bigotry, because that's the reason why I created this account. "blowback" as Ron Paul would say.
That, and I didn't like having stormfronters piggyback into the Republican Party on the immigration issue. This is not the European right. This is the American right. - cashman57, on 10/09/2008, -0/+2Again you show your ignorance. Read the article. Read my response. Stormfront is nowhere in this and neither is Ron Paul.
Quit pretending it is and come back with a reality based response or look like a fool again.
Your only concern seems to be to show everyone how much you hate me for the people I support and will go to any length to insult or defame me.
It seems to have worked for your buddy sportsstar67 who is now looking for a new duplicate account.
If you have a comment about this case or this thread by all means answer.
If you post another stupid response like you have been , everyone who reads it will look at you like the fool that you are.
Do you have anything you would like to contribute about this article? This thread?
If not, go away and troll somewhere else.
- cashman57, on 10/09/2008, -2/+2Here's the reason you are here,
- COINTELPROAgent, on 10/09/2008, -7/+1And that's all true, but what does that have to do with the article? But the reason why people are commenting here is because the submitter is a Ron Paul supporter.
- cashman57, on 10/09/2008, -0/+2The fact that people who are here illegally get out and commit more offenses was and is the basis for this thread. The liars and lamers want to make it about me when in fact it is about the people of Adams County Colorado being subjected to poor police work, poor judicial work, and incompetent prosecutors.
Now if someone want to challenge me on the facts, please do so. If the only reason you are here is to call me a bigot your post will be either ridiculed or ignored.
If you would like to comment on the facts of this or any other incident where a multiple offending illegal gets drunk and hurts someone you are welcome. - FRTN500CEO, on 10/13/2008, -1/+0There are good points and poor points here. On one hand we have the problem of Drunk Driving. World wide and as a whole, we need to do something about Drunk Driving and try to prevent it as much as possible. On the other hand we have Illegal Immigration...same argument. Put the two together and you have a person who, in some respects, has committed an act of war on behalf of their country. The second they turn on their vehicle after they have been drinking, they have armed themselves with a dangerous weapon. Just as we would not put up with any non-Americans hijacking our planes for the purpose of killing, we should not put up illegal immigrants hijacking out legal/political system for the purpose of getting away with attempted murder (in this case drunk driving) and/or murder.
With that said, drunk driving in itself is a horrid act that even American citizens commit on a daily basis. These people should be sent to prison on my tax dollar. However, an illegal immigrant who never had my permission to be in my country in the first place should not get shelter and three square meals a day from my taxes, let alone the free ride they likely enjoy via welfare, free education and living tax-free.
