reuters.com — We should brace for the biggest increase in food prices in nearly 20 years in 2008, due to surging meat and produce prices, the USDA said on Wednesday. The only thing that is not going up is your pay check and the value of your house. This is the magic of Bushonomic, yet McCain is up in the polls....go figure.

corn is king when it comes to processed food and feeding cattle. if we all buy local, fresh food, and less meat, the price of corn wouldn't matter so much.
