- girwen, on 07/06/2008, -0/+8 40 points: My libertarian credentials are obvious. I might become more extreme as time goes on.
- NeoConSlayer, on 07/06/2008, -0/+886: You are a medium-core libertarian, probably self-consciously so. Your friends probably encourage you to quit talking about your views so much.
- caferrell, on 07/06/2008, -0/+6I got the exact same score.
- bearsandbulls, on 07/08/2008, -0/+4Me too.
- m2garand, on 07/06/2008, -0/+9152, you are nearly perfect with a couple of blind spots.
- Masternajee, on 07/06/2008, -0/+3108 Wow I finally made it to triple digits on a test. Well the SAT was the first. ! made a 350.
- TJATL, on 07/06/2008, -0/+8Would you call yourself an "anarcho-capitalist?"
Yes! Please give me freedom from government. - libervisco, on 07/06/2008, -0/+4I scored 155, answering "yes" to all except the question 61 where I said no thinking "vigilante justice" might mean violence, but if it doesn't then I'd answer yes there too and be "perfect". :P
That said I am really a voluntaryist, that is, an anarcho-capitalist.
Cheers- TJATL, on 07/07/2008, -0/+1adf
- TJATL, on 07/07/2008, -0/+3If someone was to rape your kid daughter and you could prove this, before or after a "trial", I'd be ok with you killing them. I voted "yes" btw.
- itsfunny, on 07/06/2008, -1/+2Wahoo 45. I'm so proud of this day....
- phenry, on 07/06/2008, -0/+5147: Think that'll get me on the Main Core list?
- chicofaraby, on 07/07/2008, -5/+3People who believe in ideology over practicality are unqualified to be in government. That's what caused the current meltdown the nation is going through. Stupid, blind belief in right wing ideology. There is no reason to think stupid, blind belief in American Libertarianism, an ideology that is even further right wing and impractical, would have any better results.
- TJATL, on 07/07/2008, -0/+6what is "right wing" about legalization of drugs, sex between consenting adults and not caring if two ***** get married? I think you don't understand what Libertarianism is.
- chicofaraby, on 07/07/2008, -4/+1Yeah, because pot smoking and sex are the defining issues between the left and the right.
- mcla007, on 07/07/2008, -0/+3You are attacking a straw man. Libertarianism (small l) is nothing like what you seem to have understood. If anything, it is on the far, far left on the political spectrum, where "Right" denotes concentration of power and "Left" denotes decentralisation of power. See http://www.wconger.blogspot.com/2005/08/karl-hess- ...
Besides, can you name one politician who has stupid, blind believe in ideology over practicality? I can't. All I see is people of very low morals, ready to sell themselves to the next highest bidder, all in the name of "pragmatism" or "practicality". Maybe the problem isn't sticking to one's principles. Maybe the problem is selling out one's principles when they cease to be profitable?
Cheers!- chicofaraby, on 07/07/2008, -1/+2I disagree with your definition of right/left. Mine has more to do with the left caring about people and the right caring about money.
"can you name one politician who has stupid, blind believe in ideology over practicality?"
Is there someone who always voted one way, despite any reasonable arguments to the contrary? Maybe someone who always voted against spending bills?
But no one is like that, huh? - freeforall232, on 08/14/2008, -0/+1@chicofaraby - Caring about people means caring about everyone, from the billionaire down to the homeless man on the corner. The left (Democrats AND Republicans) just pick and choose who they care about. They take from those they despise (the rich) to give to those they profess to help (the poor). The left does not put their trust or faith in people to do the right thing and so does not care about the welfare of those they take from.
A libertarian cares about everyone, but does not believe you should be forced to be a "good person" and help others. We trust in people to do the right thing, without government coercion. As the saying goes, "Forced charity isn't charity at all."

- brad3378, on 07/07/2008, -0/+4I'm ashamed to admit that I only scored 72.
I'm not worthy!!
**cries*** - reland1, on 07/07/2008, -1/+2146. Still have a little propaganda running through my veins, I guess.
- Ymeg, on 07/07/2008, -0/+2I don't think Rand would like to be on a Libertarian test with Rothbard.
She really did not even consider herself to be a libertarian (although it is where she would fall on the political spectrum) - lukeev, on 07/07/2008, -0/+2Wow, 158!
- TheSchwa, on 07/07/2008, -0/+4160 Am I the only one?
- rkbabang, on 07/09/2008, -0/+4I scored 160 as well. The world needs more like us! And apparently so does digg.
