Once a program is in place, regardless of its effectiveness, the decreases in the world's temperature, which are already occurring, will then be noticed by the media, and attributed to that program. At that point, our country will be saddled with an enormously costly program that is totally useless, but will be hailed by the media, Al Gore, James Hansen, and the envirowackos around the globe as the work of the new ecowarrior, Barack Obama.
