The Fourth Amendment is apparently not completely dead, yet!

wlfi.com — A Carroll County man accused of amassing a cache of weapons, along with bomb making materials, may not stand trial. Jessie Snider, 28, was arrested in October 2007 on charges of possession of a machine gun, marijuana, and several other charges.
