IBM makes web accessibility for blind users a social effort

arstechnica.com — Users who are visually impaired are well aware that the web could use a lot of improvements when it comes to accessibility. IBM is hoping to change that, though, with its Social Accessibility Project that lets disabled users and volunteers work together to make the web more surf-able without having to change anyone's HTML code.
