    "30cm" + "40cm"

    While the article is right that it does work, it's terrible code. Dynamic typing does make your life a bit easier, but examples like the above are just getting out of hand with it.
  • emehrkay, on 07/07/2008, -0/+1The article says that variables must begin with either an underscore or letter (which is correct). Then he lists legal variables and in that list is $2453; That would definitely cause an error and it kinda defeats the point of a beginner article.
