http://virtenu.com - longfocus, on 10/12/2007, -0/+2Maybe more than one person shares the computer and each has their own Gmail account (or multiple accounts). You may have multiple accounts that are just not related (maybe personal, work, play, etc...). I'm not really sure how you would link your accounts to begin with.
- BangoSkank, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0Crashed my FireFox. Had to uninstall.
- absolutjedi, on 10/12/2007, -0/+1No problems here, this extension works great for me! Keep up the good work. I've been waiting for this since Google's notifier only checks one account.
- gemini7, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0awesome...works perfect on ff 1.5
- avenger, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0This has been my favorite extension for quite a while now.
- Tobey, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0Awesome. This is just what I needed.
- echimu, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0looks good, i'm gonna download it right now :D
- FiveIron, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0Boy am I glad someone posted this, this is really a time saver thanks.
It crashed my firefox the first time I ran Fx after installing, but after that it's fine. - Chuckster, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0Sweet!
- camintmier, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0This plugin just officially replaced my Gmail Notifier extension. I'm glad, cuz I hated having to log out, then login again to check my 3 other accounts.
- richstyles, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0I like this one a lot better.
Gmail Notifier was always quirky and I kept getting logged out. - cagnew, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0Does anyone know if this will allow the creator to capture e-mail addresses and passwords?
- cagnew, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0I don't see a TOS, privacy policy, or anything else...
- yoja, on 10/12/2007, -1/+0TOS is also my concern while downlaoding GMAIL extensions...so i do not have any.....How risky are these?
- longfocus, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0You can also find this extension at:
https://addons.mozilla.org/extensions/moreinfo.php?id=1320 - skitlo, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0Yep, time saver for checking my accounts! ...No, the creator does NOT capture your email and passwords. You can view the source as the extension is basically just a zip file along with its license agreement and such...
- cagnew, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0How do you view the souce?
- cagnew, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0Nevermind. I figured it out.
- MemoryDump, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0NOW THIS is a VERY USEFUL Extention! I've been waiting for this for years it seems! :)

You can link Gmail accounts? - PrometheuZ, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0+digg! Adios Notifier.
- JulianMorrison, on 10/12/2007, -1/+0What seems odd to me is that they extended Firefox. Surely this ought to be an extension to Thunderbird?
- Bluezdood, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0About freaking time!
- Ryan32, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0Works great for me.... Very handy extension!
- crombie, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0Great extension - nice jorb!
- BlazinX, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0worked fine at 1st, now my ff is dead. >_
- majik, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0cagnew:
download the extension from here:
https://addons.mozilla.org/extensions/moreinfo.php?id=1320
that's _download_ not install....right click and save as.
rename the file as a .zip, then open it and you should see all the files.
the files you want to look at are the .js.
this goes for any extension. - dreamkatcha, on 10/12/2007, -2/+0...or you can forward all your Gmail accounts to one and enable the 'send as' feature within your main account so email will appear to originate from the email address of your choice. No need to create unnecessary complications.
- mrsharkattack, on 10/12/2007, -2/+0i'll wait for the next google talk.
- cybersammy, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0... using thunderbird, I POP all web & work accounts, including various gmail accounts. Thus having total control over all mail, online and offline... and of course my laptop comes to work with me everyday :-0
- rtsmithiv, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0Just wondering if there was any way to incorporate POP accounts into this (or any other) extension? I am at college and I wanted to make an extension for firefox that incessantly checks my school and gmail email accounts. Help is greatly appreciated!
