- kenyan, on 09/19/2008, -0/+7Tomorrow wouldn't be too soon.
- stutimandal, on 09/19/2008, -1/+2Continuous Google-Chrome advertizement at google.com will lead Google-Chrome ahead of Firefox. The same reason why Amazon's Kindle is so popular.
- smoothmann, on 09/20/2008, -0/+2Amazon's what?
...apparently not
- smoothmann, on 09/20/2008, -0/+2Amazon's what?
- tykwondingo, on 09/19/2008, -1/+2I'm stickin' with FF.
- SisyphusFragmnt, on 09/19/2008, -0/+2At this point, browser preference is like choice of religion, as long as you're not a scientologist(ie6 and below) you're fine..
- AllenFresno, on 09/19/2008, -0/+1Yeah.. FF is my choice since then..
- tim710, on 09/20/2008, -0/+1Ad block?
- synystar, on 09/20/2008, -0/+1It's Google, Ad-Block is like an archnemesis. Maybe that's the hold up. They're still working on enabling the browser to recognize and squash blocking without hindering other code. =)
- smoothmann, on 09/20/2008, -0/+2Ad block hosts file
Google it, install it, pWn the interwebs
- synystar, on 09/20/2008, -0/+2A bit of a let down, I was expecting info. From the day it was released Google has said that Chrome would "eventually support add-ons." This isn't news.
- bostonvoip, on 09/20/2008, -0/+1still on ff as well but will they have a way to port ff ad-ons?
- positron, on 09/20/2008, -0/+1I've been using Chrome specifically to run web apps while continuing to do my day-to-day surfing with Firefox. IF Chrome builds an add-on developer community with the same inventiveness and capability of Firefox's I might consider a complete switch. As it is now, however, the add-ons I use are too integral to the way I utilize the Web to make the jump.
- xbxoxy1, on 09/20/2008, -0/+1mmm.. how about supporting OsX?....i'm still waiting!!
