      Edit : bah. . . . .this is worthless. it doesnt support converting .lit files.

      What the heck was that SUPER converter written in? I was all over it (Thank you for posting it) but man, the interface was so buggy I could not get anything to work really. I gave up after a few mins. I will try again a little later.

      2. Use a disposable email address? (I have one that I use for all similar online upload/storage sites, and just switch it once I start getting junk from there)
      The rest are valid points, but I wouldn't recommend trusting ANY outside sites (that aren't hosted by youself/your company) with confidential files/things of questionable legality anyway.

    • xedicate, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0I did, tried converting a few large pdf files with Japanese characters to both doc and html (the Save As function in Acrobat keeps producing mumble jumble out of some characters for some reason), and it worked perfectly. (Well, the font size for the HTML is a bit funky and is in SJIS encoding instead of Unicode, but as long as I can see the characters and can apply Rikaichan on it)

Why don't you email them with your problems so they can fix them rather than moan about the performance of a beta site on here? And as for the security of your files or email address - who's to say that any company is more secure than another?

    took 60 seconds to upload / 60 seconds to download and there was about a 3 minute wait in between for the email to show up in my inbox.

    For those of you looking to convert to PDF....Search and install CUTEPDF ...installs as a printer-like device ... anything printable is converted to PDF
