Cubicle Culture: Tech's top 10 workspaces
valleywag.com — What makes for an appealing workspace? The envelopes they leave in your mailbox every two weeks. But after that, it comes down to design and amenities. Also, we like windows and brick. Lots and lots of brick. After spending some time on Office Snapshots, we present the ten best-looking offices in tech, below.

- amdforever, on 05/07/2008, -0/+1Bull crap. If the MIT Stata Center is not on the list, this list is not very good.
Those who've been to the Stata Center would immediate agree that IT IS the best tech work space. The whole freaking thing is like a playground with really comfortable spaces. MIT Stata is a dedicated building for Computer Science. It's also home to W3C. - pofecks, on 05/07/2008, -8/+1Lightweight shoes rock, dunno what I'd do without them here. http://CarmiKayak.com

- lalindsey, on 05/07/2008, -0/+1The Sleaze E. VC check hanging in the digg office is just priceless! Love the beer fridge too. Awesome stuff.
- MAGZine, on 05/07/2008, -0/+1I haven't been, but the Googleplex seems to be a lot more creative and colorful than they give credit for.

Human beings were not meant to sit in little cubicles staring at computer screens all day, filling out useless forms and listening to eight different bosses drone on about about mission statements."
