Domain Name Registry As Judge, Jury and Executioner

domainnamenews.com — In an attempt to clean-up the malicious and absuive use of .info domain names, the .info Domain name registry Afilias has proposed to ICANN that their role in registry operations be expanded to include deciding what is and isn't abusive or malicious as well as determining what happens to these domain names.
