To me, Safari seems good enough. Plus, to be honest, I don't like how FF3 looks on the Mac. For some reason, the buttons look kinda funny.

          To be blatantly honest, the beta is a testing ground.
          Your convenience is not a top priority.

        I use Opera because of mouse gestures and because it feels faster. Safari's amazing but there are no mouse extensions (the addon I got doesn't work), and Firefox annoys me. It bugs the hell out of me when a new version comes out and I have to download updates for the many extensions I need to simulate the features Opera has built in. Plus once you install that many extensions, firefox gets a lot slower. Plus, I'm used to Opera.

      You have to download it from the Mozilla site itself for it to count, updating through the browser doesnt work either.
      Though thats not to say you cant download it from Mozilla, delete it and then obtain a compiled version from somwhere else.
      Though might be faster to compile it yourself on release day rather than waiting for someone to compile it then submit it.

      Firefox by itself isn't enough to compete with Opera but once you include add-ons, you can add any of the features that make Opera great and then some. I'll download FF3 when the final version comes out but I'll hold off on using it regularly until more of the extensions I use catch up to it.

Good luck to Firefox users wasting June 17, 2008 of their life downloading extensions, then spending June, 18 searching forums to make them work. Phoenix was much better back in the day.

Theres no time zones to worry about, Tuesday is the day it will be released in America, it could be Wednesday somewhere else by the time it gets released but that doesn't really matter, it's not the most in one day its the most in one 24 hour period.

    By rights if they are doing it properly it should be from 00:00 GMT to 23:99 GMT on the 17th...
