- tonicboy, on 12/02/2008, -0/+1Only companies that specialize in commerce have customer service call centers and even those can be difficult to find. Just go the help page and send them a message. What the heck are you paying for anyway?! I seriously hope you're not buying those stupid gifts!
- dbldn, on 12/03/2008, -0/+1Facebook sells advertisements. They probably make a good amount of money doing so and are one of the avenues to attract very specific audiences inexpensively. Their system provides no receipts and their e-mail response team is wholly inadequate. People complain about call centers in India - at least then you can speak with a human being to discuss your problem.

Although her reasons are understandable, I imagine her account was suspected of being fake because she had someone else's name using her photos. That kind of screams "fake."
