GDGT - The new site from Ryan Block & Peter Rojas
gdgt.com — gdgt is the new consumer electronics site by Peter Rojas and Ryan Block -- the guys behind Engadget and Gizmodo. We're still prepping things (no, this isn't the final site!), but we've got a weekly podcast you can listen to in the meantime

Genius. - welliwonder, on 09/05/2008, -9/+3Do they not know how to do simple web design? There are a ton of free, nice looking pre-built packages with customizable skins and it doesn't take to long to create your own. What's wrong with Gawker? Did they leave? Why should I care?

Sort of the Fox News of tech blogs (without the lies). I stopped reading both sites because of it. Hopefully this new site will be different.

1) The title is kind of bad, although it could have been worse. Still the GDGT is more eye catching.
2) Your story links to the engadget story instead of the actual page.
3) BacardiDark3000 "spammed" his submission to 36 people.
