Fellow workmates are all good, but the politics is just plain stupid - I'm not allowed to work on anything without a 'project brief' supplied by the business - but no-one likes paper work, so almost no 'project briefs' come in - which means I sit there bored out of my brains most of the time. It is policy that I'm *NOT* allowed to work on my project unless I have a project brief. (shaking my head)
