Is downloading music worse than bullying innocent people?

reviews.cnet.co.uk — So the question is, why are Virgin, other ISPs and the government taking music downloading so seriously? When you download a track from the internet, you aren't depriving someone of their product.

    Anyway, They really don't know that you just pirated it. I mean, they see the sales numbers but they can't possibly no how many people, no matter what the research shows, pirated their songs/albums/discography.
