I get so sick of customers who bring in their 6-year-old Compaq and forget their AOL disc in the dusty "cup holder." If you don't give the disc back to them right away (in some kind of case), you just know they'll bitch at you later when it doesn't get returned with their virus-riddled, spyware-infected P.O.S. Anyway, thanks for the link.
