gizmodo.com — The Sony Ericsson gaming boss, Peter Ahnegard, said that a PlayStation-branded gaming phone would be coming by Christmas.

          i love how my 4 gig memory stick pro duo that works in my psp/ps3 has and adaptor to work with my laptop and sony camera (and anything that has a memory stick pro slot)

      • GoldYoshi, on 10/10/2007, -0/+3Yeah, I would get a psp just for emulating N64, PSX, SNES, and NES games. A modded DS can also play snes and nes, but the PSP is more powerful, and can emulate even N64 perfectly in most games. (Even mario kart.)

      I don't know it's dumb. Society needs to regress anyway, to many people live by their cell phone these days. I recently got rid of mine and suddenly i have some me time again.


      There is that and where i live statistically 2 out of every 3 people who drive by you will be talking on a cellphone, it's great, also 2/5ths the cars on the road are SUV's where i live. So cell + big car = dumbass who can't see and hits things.

      I can't take those two lines serioiusly. This has to be satire. Or an April Fools style prank... If it is, good job! It's nigh impossible to do an April Fools prank these days, the only way to do it is on a random day and not the 1st of April.

      The drawings look familiar though. Probably one of Sony's patents. But just because it's a patent doesnt mean anything. How about Sony make a PSP2 simply by beefing up the processor/graphics chips and adding a touch screen. Might be able to take on the DS Lite then. People like touchscreens and other interesting ways of interacting with a game machine - just look how well the DS Lite and Wii are doing. I think someone needs to visit Sony HQ and give them a kick up the ass.

      Get your head out of your ass. they have different teams who work on independent products. this is just band expansion, using the halo effect of one product name and expanding it in a new catgory. they did it successfully with the walkmen and cybershot series phones.

The only thing is that people switch phones frequently. How long can that phone possibly be the hot item?
