torrentfreak.com — BitTorrent ’s popularity is growing every day. Despite the lawsuits that some of the larger torrent sites are involved in, they continue to grow traffic wise. Let ’s take a look at how Google ranks the top torrent sites.

It's in the last paragraph I just wanted to point out It's mistake.
Also I don't know a single person who uses PirateBay yet I hear its the most popular I say Mininova is hands down.

- Weekapaugr00ve, on 07/07/2008, -1/+10TPB has an awful search and is cluttered with ads. Sure the guys at TPB are badass and reading their complaint responses is priceless, but as an actual tracker mininova is much cleaner imo.

  They have more rare torrents than TPB. I'm sometime looking for things that are a little older (including books) and while they both have unique result, mininova has some advantage in torrent indexing for my use at least.
  
  Also, I'm not sure that TPB has torrent details like mininova does? because it's really helpful.

Rotzooi, on 07/06/2008, -0/+3It's stupid to compare trackers to index-sites. Losing a huge, well-sorted site like Mininova would be a loss, but no swarms would be lost. If on the other hand, TPB would go down, over a million torrent swarms would die out. Especially since so many people are now disabling DHT for some reason.
