WTF! US Court Declares You Have No Privacy On YouTube

searchengineland.com — You have no privacy on YouTube. So effectively declared a US judge yesterday. And now somebody in the US government better stop grandstanding about search and privacy protection and actually get some laws enacted now.

I could understand a mater of national security, but why the hell does the entertainment industry need to know what videos I've been watching? So what if I like to watch that paranoid gopher, big deal.
    • theNthDoctor, on 07/03/2008, -0/+1Unfortunately "entitled" means there's some law handing you that right -- which is only true when the gov'mint says it is. I must say I'm impressed that an extremely busy domainer is taking time to address such an issue.
