    'The location data and billing records is protected by statute, and carriers are under a duty of confidentiality to protect it,' Hoofnagle said."

    LOL! Is this Hoofnagle guy serious? After all the publicity the Sidekick debacle caused, you'd think we'd all be paranoid about our "data trails". Has he been living under a rock these past few months?
