Bionic Woman Canceled
dailymail.co.uk — She thought her dreams had come true after landing the lead role as TV's Bionic Woman. But after a few short months, Michelle Ryan has accepted her bid for U.S. glory was not to be and is back in Britain. The former EastEnders actress, 23, has failed to impress as the lead character in the much-hyped remake of the 1970s science fiction show

- b0rg, on 02/15/2008, -22/+8Just bad timing. Between Chuck, Terminator, etc, I think this one got lost in the shuffle. Might have done better if they aired it in the "slump" when other shows were heading into reruns.
- Procure, on 02/15/2008, -10/+21Protip: She was a bad actress in an even worse TV show plot. It was not poor timing.
- chronusmcgee, on 02/16/2008, -0/+1The scripts were rather poorly written. But you are right, she could have worked with the material.
- Spuy767, on 02/15/2008, -7/+13In the words of Homer Simpson, "Praise Jeebus."
That show epitomised what it means to be terrible. - godmode, on 02/15/2008, -3/+35Bring back Journeyman!
- BigW, on 02/15/2008, -2/+6I agree. Has anyone heard of any fan effort to bring back Journeyman? That was a great show.
- novahh, on 02/15/2008, -1/+4i'm a fan of http://savejourneyman.net , but that's just the first site that i personally stumbled upon a few days ago. Still, seems the most organized?
- WriterSD, on 02/16/2008, -0/+6Journeyman was much better than Bionic Woman.
- solid12345, on 02/16/2008, -1/+1I found Journeyman to be boring. He travelled to the same city every time saving people I really could care less about. Granted I stopped watching after 3-4 episodes but it didn't grab my attention to watch the rest.
Concerning Kevin Mckidd I was more upset they ended Rome on HBO after 2 seasons.

- jla1987, on 02/15/2008, -8/+190I feel sorry for Michelle. It wasn't all her fault. The show was poorly made, and horribly paced.
- redwolf, on 02/15/2008, -2/+42And badly written.
- somnium, on 02/15/2008, -5/+30I disagree...somewhat. Yes, the show in general sucked....but I found the acting to be *awful*. I could barely watch her.
- warriorscot, on 02/16/2008, -1/+10The accent just didn't sound natural, there wasn't anything technically wrong with it but her own accent suits her so perfectly the difference in the one episode she did use it was huge the dialog flowed better but maybe its just because she is such a familiar actor to me that it seemed to make more of a difference(what do you americans think).
To be honest what would have been the problem to let her keep the accent they could have written it in that she has went to school in England or was a Military Brat and had lived there a long time before coming home, or hell just make her British living in America.
The storyline at times was generally good but they didn't follow it up very well they started one story line then branched right into another, they seemed to be trying to stretch a good story line too far and instead spread it too thin. And the Jaimie Summers character just seemed off she was shown to be a smart tough character but then made to be stupid and whiny for no reason.
And she is a very good actor, with exception of bionic woman she is great in everything and I think she did her best with poor material.- daliminator, on 02/16/2008, -0/+4Her American accent was actually admirably good - until I learned she was from England I didn't realize she wasn't speaking normally. I think she was pretty good in the part. I think it was the crappy dialogue and poorly developed/acted supporting characters that brought down the show.

- Hosalabad, on 02/15/2008, -2/+24I agree. And with the whole little sister thing, I kept expecting Gilmore Girl dialog.
- pimpzilla, on 02/15/2008, -8/+4I understand your sentiment, but you've obviously never watched Gilmore Girls. Gilmore Girls is actually very well written.
- aceslick911, on 02/15/2008, -3/+4ahuh.... no. the 2 main characters spit out 2 minute rants that have no emotion whatsoever.
- pimpzilla, on 02/18/2008, -0/+1I said well written, not well acted.
- Makaveli604, on 02/15/2008, -14/+7and her acting was horrific.
- seks03, on 02/15/2008, -15/+51. She wasn't that hot
2. was to woman powery
3. down story line
4. bad acting
should I go on?- Lynxpro, on 02/15/2008, -5/+6And what current actress do you consider "hot"?
- punjester, on 02/16/2008, -2/+25. ?????
6. Profit.....wait......
- Lynxpro, on 02/15/2008, -3/+11Michelle Ryan was awesome in "Jekyll". This should not be blamed on her because most people only watched the show because of her. Maybe she'll end up on "Doctor Who" if Steven Moffat becomes the showrunner after Russell T. Davies leaves (hopefully sooner than later).
- Myonosken, on 02/16/2008, -1/+3Moffat is a legend
- amoirae, on 02/16/2008, -0/+1Davies is the reason Doctor Who is excellent. Ryan would be out of her depth with David Tennant.
- Lynxpro, on 02/16/2008, -0/+1Ha! If Davies is the reason why Who is excellent, how come 90% of his scripts suck? Moffat is the one that writes the Hugo Award winning episodes. On a per capita ratio of critics, Davies is far more over-rated than even Joss Whedon was back in his heyday. Davies makes the writing of JJ Abrams look Shakespearian. I mean really...Bad Wolf...that really made a whole lot of sense. And by the way...how would Ryan be out of her depth next to Tennant? Are you saying she's a worse actress than Billie Piper?
- sjbdallas, on 02/16/2008, -0/+5Jekyll was fantastic. I recently rented it and loved it.
- Lynxpro, on 02/16/2008, -0/+2Michelle Ryan looks better with dyed red hair. She was absolutely smoking in that mini series.
- NeuralClone, on 02/16/2008, -1/+5Yeah, I agree. It was hardly all her fault. The writing was dreadful, the show-runner kept changing, they lost and gained producers, characters' motivations changed between scenes without explanation, they had characters with no purpose except to annoy the viewers (little sis, for example), they dropped the main story arc without explanation mid-way through (Sarah Corvus just vanished), etc. There's no way Michelle Ryan is responsible for any of that.
I think her acting was inconsistent because she probably had no idea which version of Jaime she was playing in a given scene. There were a few well-written episodes near the middle of the series and Michelle really nailed it acting-wise in those.
Given everything that was going on behind the scenes of this show, I'm really not surprised that it was canceled. The best part of this news is it frees up the actors to work on projects that will hopefully be more consistently produced. Hopefully she'll go on to bigger and better things. - OpaqueMurdock, on 02/16/2008, -0/+4It was a missed opportunity IMO. I watched maybe 2 episodes before giving up. You just cant half-ass something like this people won't stand for it. It would seem they may also have screwed any future attempt to revamp what would have been called the "Six Billion Dollar Man"
I would have loved to see that show done as a darker "loss of humanity" sci-fi drama. I have for years imagined a new Steve Austin that struggles to have any life of his own because his "systems" are so integrated in to what remains of his biological body and his cost to create was so high that he has almost no freedom and is mostly treated as property.
I could not suspend my disbelief enough to buy into the weak explanation of her creation and the freedom they allowed her... And that was only one of the shows problems.
- novemberdream07, on 02/15/2008, -17/+9also writers stirke
- HeatVision, on 02/15/2008, -2/+15Those horrible scripts were written before the strike.
- bingobongony, on 02/15/2008, -0/+7The writers strike almost SAVED the show. Because of it, Bionic Woman had very little competition. It still failed.
- jos22, on 02/15/2008, -2/+79The Pilot was awful got bored midways through and never watched it again
- Osuperman, on 02/15/2008, -5/+170The reason it failed was because we've SEEN IT BEFORE. Stop remaking everything and come up with some new ideas.
- pevensen, on 02/15/2008, -1/+14It seems like Hollywood is afraid to do anything original these days. They just rehash and redo the same thing.
- merripen, on 02/15/2008, -1/+9Movies and tv shows are too expensive nowadays to take risks with. We're inundated with sequels and remakes because it's more or less a sure thing - with some ***** exceptions that make the rest of the drivel look palatable.
Money > Creative Integrity. Unfortunately. - Sawta, on 02/16/2008, -0/+1That, or they know that they they still have a *chance* at success of some old rehash, so really, why bother being TOO original? They can always move onto some *other* rehash that might not fail quiet as badly. Hooray for mediocre programing!
- tensaibaka, on 02/18/2008, -0/+1not everything remade is bad, take BattleStar Galactica for instance. A new Knight Rider will be coming out, I just hope that it's somewhat tolerable. Although in this day and age, how far will a talking car take a television show...

- OpaqueMurdock, on 02/16/2008, -1/+3You have a point for sure.
I am a musician and I refuse to cover a song unless I can bring something new to it. It I can't present it in some significant way, I don't see the point in a cover and would just rather people listen to the original. Or at least keep there fond memories of.
- pevensen, on 02/15/2008, -1/+14It seems like Hollywood is afraid to do anything original these days. They just rehash and redo the same thing.
- sjbdallas, on 02/15/2008, -3/+41I liked it. I understand the complaints but I thought they were starting to get the hang of it.
Admittedly, Sarah Connor Chronicles came out of the gate running and kept it's audience. NBC should learn a thing or two.- Sahtor, on 02/15/2008, -1/+17Lena Headey is british too. UK sure produces a lot of hot brunettes
- Lynxpro, on 02/15/2008, -1/+4And blondes. Check out the lead actress on the CBS series "Moonlight'. She's British. You might've seen her before in the "Underworld" films, or as Madame Du Pompador (sic) from the Hugo Award winning episode of "Doctor Who" entitled "The Girl in the Fireplace" from 2006 and penned by Steven Moffat.
- ddiggs, on 02/15/2008, -0/+17There's a reason NBC is number 4. Bad scripts? Bad time slot? Nah. They just blame the actress for the show's failure to get higher ratings. She shouldn't feel too badly; NBC does dumb stuff like this all the time.
- bingobongony, on 02/15/2008, -0/+7Who said NBC blamed the actress?
They didn't. This silly site did.
- bingobongony, on 02/15/2008, -0/+7Who said NBC blamed the actress?
- fuelcell, on 02/16/2008, -2/+1What are you talking about? The pilot had 11.1 million viewers and it has slipped ever since to 5.1 million viewers for the last episode.
- Lynxpro, on 02/16/2008, -0/+4Irregular season plus it was pre-empted a few times too. Not everyone has a TiVo and when networks screw around with the scheduling, it causes a ratings drop. NBC did this to themselves in typical fashion.
- NeuralClone, on 02/16/2008, -0/+2Yup, it's the typical network silliness. "We're going to pre-empt the show to death, barely promote it, and put it in random time slots. Wait, where did all our viewers go? I guess we better cancel it." Very tiresome.

- warriorscot, on 02/16/2008, -1/+3They should at least finish the first series, I hope we get the rest of them it was at least a 12 ep run so we still have another 4 to get at least if not a full 20 and I want to see how it ends and it would give it a chance to pick up.
- NeuralClone, on 02/16/2008, -0/+3See how it ends? They dropped anything resembling a storyline after the first few episodes. Everything from that point onward was nothing more than Alias with super powers with a stereotypical sexist geek character that never stopped hitting on Jaime ('cause that stuff is "funny" you see) and really poorly choreographed action sequences.
Don't get me wrong. It had some good episodes here and there but overall I don't think the production side of things were stable or strong enough. The show had over a 50% drop in ratings from episode 1 to episode 8. Regardless of whether a show has potential, that's not renewal material. It just isn't a worthwhile investment.

- discoloda, on 02/15/2008, -1/+84Blame the writers, not the actor. she may have not been the best choice but she could only do so much to patch up crappy dialog and story.
- warriorscot, on 02/16/2008, -0/+3She was pretty good, and some of the other actors were alright as well but it could have been better, the story had the notion of being half decent but poorly executed. I think they could have pulled it off with a bit more writing time and actually watching the actors, how they interpreted the material, nothing worse than giving good actors poor material and not learning the mistake and adapt it to there skills.
- dhVyse, on 02/15/2008, -13/+7Man, I didn't see this coming.... I also have never seen an article on the front page with only 33 diggs..
- mikexisxwar, on 02/15/2008, -4/+34what does Lindsey Lohan have to do with anything??
- nighthawk8713, on 02/16/2008, -0/+1To begin with, everything.
- Alix7, on 02/15/2008, -5/+70The show was absolute *****, the acting was mediocre but the direction and script was a real cluster *****.
Same with the plot, it was unbelievably cliche and predictable and seemed to jump around.- dmcsier, on 02/15/2008, -16/+7Exactly. It failed because the show was awful. I actually watched 4 episodes of it and every single one was just excruciating to sit through. I gave it an honest shot and waited for it to pick up.
Plus, sorry, that girl is not that attractive. She's decent, but I can see decent looking girls at QuikTrip. Nothing special.- Alix7, on 02/15/2008, -12/+2Tru dat.
- solid12345, on 02/16/2008, -0/+1All gas stations bow to QuikTrip.

- pidge, on 02/15/2008, -6/+11I must admit I did not give it a fair shot. Actually, I didn't even watch an episode, not even a minute of it. The second season of Heroes left me hating any show where people had super powers that I avoided it. I was a big fan of the original Heroes season.
- Abaddon1125, on 02/15/2008, -1/+6I wasn't. It had so much potential, but seemed so poorly thought out. Me and my friends spent days speculating on how the story would end, and every one of those speculations were cooler than how the season actually ended.
- kidcodea, on 02/16/2008, -0/+4heroes season1 finale is rubbish.
so much buildup in the end just colapsed...
- kidcodea, on 02/16/2008, -0/+4heroes season1 finale is rubbish.
- burrgrinder, on 02/16/2008, -0/+2I don't feel I need to "give a show a fair shot" by sitting through more than one crappy episode. Pilots are supposed to be the selling point for the show. I know things usually start off mediocre and get better in the later part of the season or in the second season, but this show's pilot was so excruciatingly bad all around, I didn't waste my life watching any other episodes.

- ladbroke, on 02/15/2008, -20/+11I give it about a month before she's drinking tea in a welfare line with that chick from the Sarah Conner Chronicles.
- Ataxia2008, on 02/16/2008, -0/+1Considering the SCC is doing quite well (surprisingly) I doubt it.
- dakilla91, on 02/15/2008, -14/+6This sucks...I am sorry but I don't care if was already done...the show was good
Her acting was even better...complete mistake canceling the show - Stormwysper, on 02/15/2008, -18/+17Let's hope the new Knight Rider meets the same fake. I'm sorry, but I'm sick of remakes.
Still hoping for a remake of Small Wonder though.- chrisinsocalif, on 02/15/2008, -3/+2I never got "Small Wonder" she was a super smart robot girl that spoke like a computer from 1986.
- Lynxpro, on 02/15/2008, -1/+1No...speech synthesis on the Commodore Amiga and Atari ST from 1986 (actually, 1985) sounded a lot more lifelike than the girl on "Small Wonder".
- tavisjohn, on 02/15/2008, -5/+4You hate remakes, but you want a remake...
All you really want is a sexbot. Go watch a movie called "Cherry 2000" and clean the couch when you are done!
http://imdb.com/title/tt0092746/- Stormwysper, on 02/15/2008, -3/+1You actually thought I was serious?
Wow.- ajamison, on 02/15/2008, -1/+5If you haven't figured it out yet, sarcasm and tone of voice can be hard to convey on the interwebs.

- Tokkaebi, on 02/15/2008, -2/+16Most of the shows on television today are re-hashed garbage.
- freedomhater, on 02/15/2008, -3/+12GOOD!
- Oomsoup, on 02/15/2008, -1/+28She was fine, the show was badly written. Even Katee Sackhoff didn't look good in this (Edit: She looked freaking sexy as usual, I meant the writing and direction made her look like a bad actor) and she's awesome.
- Ataxia2008, on 02/16/2008, -1/+1Sackhoff looks like a bloke. Hence the name ball-sackhoff
- Morky, on 02/15/2008, -2/+55It sucked. But Journeyman didn't.
- yoshihama, on 02/15/2008, -8/+6For me, it had a lot in common with Journeyman actually.
Lead character had been in something I REALLY liked - Jekyll & Rome
Re-imagining of a previous show - Bionic Woman & Quantum Leap
Episode plots were convoluted and badly paced
Story arc never seemed to make much headway
Stopped watching after ~6 episode because I was bored senseless- ajamison, on 02/15/2008, -1/+15Journeyman was not a rehash or "re-imagining" of QL.
It was quite good and I'm sorry to see it go.- WriterSD, on 02/16/2008, -0/+3Ya, Journeyman was actually nothing like Quantum Leap.
- yoshihama, on 02/26/2008, -0/+1Yeah a show about a guy that jumps into the past and fixes things that had gone 'wrong'. That's NOTHING like Quantum Leap. Oh wait...
- WriterSD, on 02/16/2008, -0/+3Ya, Journeyman was actually nothing like Quantum Leap.
- JusticeFriend, on 02/16/2008, -0/+2WTF are you talking about? Journeyman a "Re-imagining" of Quantum Leap? STFU!
- yoshihama, on 02/26/2008, -0/+1Dude jumped into the past and fixed things that had gone 'wrong'. How is that not the same?

- WasabiBomb, on 02/15/2008, -0/+44I'm not very surprised. I found myself thinking, as I watched the third episode, "How do you make a hot female cyborg BORING?"
- funkytaco, on 02/16/2008, -0/+1Boring, indeed.
- dizilbdog, on 02/15/2008, -8/+9The show wasn't that bad, I thought the Lead was pretty Hot...
- Volred, on 02/15/2008, -6/+49Forget Bionic Woman, we need more Journeyman
- vondrak, on 02/15/2008, -14/+13And you can get more, it's called Quantum leap!
- WNW3, on 02/15/2008, -0/+6Oh boy
- terrenceisdaman, on 02/16/2008, -0/+4You DO NOT talk that way about Journeyman.. he is my friend!! He is what Scott Bakula cannot be
- Lynxpro, on 02/16/2008, -0/+1What are you talking about? If Scott Bakula were time traveling today, he too would be cool enough to lug around an iPhone. But leave time traveling to the professionals like The Doctor.
- vondrak, on 02/16/2008, -0/+1What scott bakula can't be your gay lover?
Cats out of the bag now isn't it Terrence.
- novahh, on 02/15/2008, -1/+9agreed. i don't think I've been more depressed in a long time than I have been since finishing the mere thirteen episodes released. they were taken off nbc.com the day after I finished #13, so I have good timing, I suppose.
http://savejourneyman.net/- Jibberwalk, on 02/15/2008, -0/+5I was confused by your comment. So I wiki'd. And now I weep. I loved loved Journeyman... but I hadn't realized it has been effectivley canceled.
Honestly... other than The Office, it was the only show I watched on NBC. ABC and FOX get most of my viewing.
- Jibberwalk, on 02/15/2008, -0/+5I was confused by your comment. So I wiki'd. And now I weep. I loved loved Journeyman... but I hadn't realized it has been effectivley canceled.

- vondrak, on 02/15/2008, -14/+13And you can get more, it's called Quantum leap!
- dumpyhumpy, on 02/15/2008, -10/+6OOOOOOOOOOOOOHHHHHHHHHHHH NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOEEEEEESSSSSSS!!!!!!!!
oh, wait, we're talking about bionic woman? psssh who the ***** cares? - Jay730, on 02/15/2008, -0/+7Thank God.. For those who are mad, don't be they just did you a favor. Hope the networks cancel any show with celebrity in the title next!
- ZeroDreams, on 02/15/2008, -1/+3I am quite pleased with this result, the show was completely flawed, and honestly i thought it was garbage. the show seemed like it was overly bland, i mean bionic woman could have been really interesting.
- Stopher, on 02/15/2008, -14/+3Yeah it was pretty bad. I really hate the girl who plays StarBuck. I don't know if it's her fault but I always have any character she plays. She's my red flag that you're watching a god-aweful show. Also they made a mistake in that the sister was hotter than the lead.
- ajamison, on 02/15/2008, -1/+6Epic Fail, my friend.
Who honestly hates Katee Sackhoff? And what is wrong with you?
- ajamison, on 02/15/2008, -1/+6Epic Fail, my friend.
- DavidinBoston, on 02/15/2008, -2/+11The character of Sarah Corviss, the disturbed, "evil" bionic woman, was an intriguing story element that could have gone on through the show for years and lend it the edge that it needed, if it had been used better. They didn't do enough with the Corviss character. She admttedly stole the show, though, so this would probably ultimately have become a problem. But the dynamic between Jamie and her sister SUCKED. Also, Michelle Ryan's acting in this production was sub-standard, which is really strange, because she did so well in "Jeckyl," the tv production shown this past year on BBC America.
- HappyScrappy, on 02/17/2008, -1/+1The evil character was awful, poorly fleshed out by the awful writers.
The couldn't figure out any other way to make her seem bad so they stuck a cigarette in her mouth.
The show was doomed from the start, it just had so much wrong with it it didn't stand a chance. - bobartig, on 02/22/2008, -0/+1The evil bionic woman, and her ridiculously melodramatic relationship with hot asian ponytail guy?!?!? bleh, tripe. And not the good tripe, *bad* tripe! I have to clarify this because my people eat tripe.
- HappyScrappy, on 02/17/2008, -1/+1The evil character was awful, poorly fleshed out by the awful writers.
- MAGZine, on 04/22/2008, -9/+9Hilliary Clinton is enough of a robot for me, anyhow.
- FredFredrickson, on 02/15/2008, -1/+1Predictable.
- gonzo1082, on 02/15/2008, -1/+4Seriously...can we come up with something original? it's like some music genres now a days... sampling old tunes.
- nietzche, on 02/17/2008, -0/+0Dude the sampler is an instrument. Everyone knows it, its like when they tried to stop people using the synth in the early days. Get with the times.
- RandoTheKing, on 02/15/2008, -7/+1There was always way too much talking and not enough ass kicking... Obviously they never took notes from Bionic Man
- Lynxpro, on 02/16/2008, -0/+5Six Million Dollar Man. You fail.
- Hoogs, on 02/15/2008, -4/+3Man, I almost had a heart attack. When I first read the title, I was thinking of the Terminator show for some reason and thought it was canceled. *Whew*
- Jibberwalk, on 02/15/2008, -0/+6I love that show too. It has blown my expectations out of the water.
- Ataxia2008, on 02/16/2008, -1/+1It's not that good.
I'm just watching it because there is literally nothing else to watch.
- pevensen, on 02/15/2008, -0/+1I never did watch it. I have several episodes TiVoed, but haven't gotten around to watching it. It just didn't seem like it would be the same without Lindsay Wagner.
- Lynxpro, on 02/16/2008, -0/+5She's too busy selling bionic mattresses at the moment.
- diggsarah, on 02/15/2008, -0/+2Eh, this doesn't surprise me. I watched the first few eps, but sadly it never got better. Pity.
- clondike7, on 02/15/2008, -2/+1I'll admit I liked the show. I think the problem was the writing, not the actors. Corvis' character wasn't explained very well. They barely mentioned what happened to the scientist that got out of that secret underground prison. I hope she does well in the future, she's one of the sexy women that's not anorexic.
- matriculated, on 02/15/2008, -1/+7I didn't like the lead actress very much but Starbuck almost made the show worth watching. That and playing spot the BSG actor.
- Adamesq, on 02/15/2008, -2/+15She did a great job. This is certainly not Michelle Ryan's fault. She pulled off everything well. As a martial artist, I even feel that she did well enough to pull it off for TV. Michael Dudikoff had no martial arts training and pulled off American Ninja. I actually started liking the show and followed it despite not liking the changed premise and failure to include Lindsey Wagner even in the pilot and elimination of Oscar Goldman! It was obvious that this was going to happen when it disappeared during the strike without mention.
- Vodka2389, on 02/15/2008, -0/+9All the big networks are just throwing ***** against the ceiling and hope it sticks.
- bovox, on 02/15/2008, -2/+7It's a shame. The premise of the series was good. The "Bionic Woman" brand was good. The actors were good. But the one thing that sucked donkey balls was the writing. The damn writing was corny. How hard could it have been for them to invest a few million in writers?
- aerodash84, on 02/15/2008, -0/+11I blame behind the scenes more then her. I enjoyed her in Jekyll and thought she did a great job especially where she used her actual accent. Apparently most of the writers and producers had left by episode 3 and a whole new crew came in by episode 4 or so. You can even see it in the show because it's such a giant shift from the pilot. It's more like let's stop figuring out why she was on a file, and just assume she signed up for the job. I hope she finds her way back into the US market in a movie or something.
- GohanGVO, on 02/15/2008, -0/+3Did anyone REALLY expect this to take off?
- gonzo1082, on 02/15/2008, -0/+0nope
- jetblackz4, on 02/15/2008, -1/+4Next up Wonder Woman.
Are producers just out of ideas? Are they not creative enough to come up with something new? - fishrjv, on 02/15/2008, -2/+3Good.. now the leading woman can go make more Jekyll
- Lynxpro, on 02/16/2008, -1/+2....or Doctor Who.
- Yage2006, on 02/15/2008, -1/+3Good the show was a waste of resources that could go to something much better.
Next should be that awful terminator series and flash gorden the worst of them all :/- cfizzo, on 03/04/2008, -0/+1awful?
- scotsman, on 02/15/2008, -2/+4Michelle Ryan was fine. The story line and script was B grade and really boring. I deleted all of it from my computer after episode 3.
- futureisours, on 02/15/2008, -0/+3let's just hope a decent show like Jericho doesn't get cancelled as well.
- nonsequitor, on 02/15/2008, -0/+2Jericho was cancelled but the outrage from loyal fans caused them to revive it. So if you really, really like Jericho, buy it on iTunes so NBC knows people are watching.
- MrBogard, on 02/16/2008, -0/+2Jericho is on CBS :P

- badtz, on 02/15/2008, -1/+12I liked Bionic Woman :) And Journeyman too :(
- kahrytan, on 02/15/2008, -0/+2Me too. I liked both and watched them religiously.
- JohnnyHotballs, on 02/15/2008, -6/+2just one british-actress-pretending-to-be-american-action-heroine-tv shows too many
- HappyScrappy, on 02/17/2008, -0/+1I think you're thinking of Aussies.
- anononon, on 02/15/2008, -6/+7Katee Sackhoff should have gotten the lead role. Even with bad writing, I'd tune in to watch Katee.
- HouseofEl, on 02/15/2008, -3/+4I agree. She was a better character anyway. The article also mentions that it brought over a lot of people from BSG. I believe it was one producer and maybe staff and actors. I dont recall any writers leaving BSG for this.
- Tearlock, on 02/15/2008, -0/+5Bad show that I really wanted to be good. Oh well.
