Twentieth Century Fox trademarks "Slurm" for real beverages

gadgets.boingboing.net — Trademork is reporting that Twentieth Century Fox, rights-holders to the Futurama brand, has trademarked "Slurm," the once-fictional monstrously addictive beverage made from the secretions of a giant worm Slurm Queen harvested by singing Grunka-Lunkas.
