Yeah I think for just getting one idea to the masses a YouTube video is faster and easier, but sometimes people become internet famous that way without wanting to. Books still have a little more credibility than being "that guy from the intarnets" ;) (see comment)

Yeah I think it is just so easy to copy and paste that a lot of "programmers" are losing some of their problem-solving abilities. That said I wouldnt be without Google now - how did we ever manage before? Heh (see comment)
