Or it is a house - $750 every two weeks is $1500 a month which isn't completely unheard of for a mortgage payment. (see comment)

The only downside that I could think of is any situation where you might need a credit card for an emergency expensive, you might not be able to sit around and wait for it to thaw. I would likely just have the bank issue me a low limit card or have one of … (see comment)
