Well it's not actually stealing since Paul Neave freely distributed his games on his website. Furthermore, you could say the same thing about the Flash game authors who took sprites, trademarks, etc. from commercial games. (see comment)

I'm not trying to defend eBaum's World. But did you ask the author (ezone.com) if the game was modified? I'm fairly certain that the author was asked permission here. eBaum's provides a lot of publicity for authors. I know eBaum's has a bad reputation … (see comment)
