There is a bug in the FF2 on mac where the "Reply To" for the original comment doesn't show up if there are sub-comments. http://www.tangler.com/group/5558/topic/14594 (see comment)

Good review of app as well as the API. Lack of notifications seems to be the only barrier. Although I've played with so many to do lists in my time none of them have stuck beyond my text doc. (see comment)
