Awesome World of Warcraft Parkour

Comment in Videos (3 diggs, 0 replies) - on 05/23/2008
Parkour is amazing because of the athleticism and artistry of the movements. This is stupid, because jumping and exploiting glitches in a computer game is only fun if you're too fat to move. It's like filming yourself strafe jumping and calling it Quake … (see comment)

Support the Abolition of the Federal Reserve System!

Comment in News (11 diggs, 0 replies) - on 02/01/2008
The only problem is that you're depending on a constant value for gold, and that there are no other uses (ie circuitboads). The point is, what people value the world's gold reserves at, and the amount of currency in the system, are drastically different. … (see comment)

1. No, it really isn't. Please cite sources, or read something that isn't a blog. 2. I'll give you that it's a bit of a joke, but it's certainly there. (see comment)

Independence is a very very good thing. Zimbabwe has a central bank that is under significant political influence. Hyperinflation and a near-complete collapse of the economy is the result. (see comment)

Let's be civil here. Answer me some questions. Name me a SINGLE modern economy that is able to function without an independent central bank. What is the precise problem with the Fed? ("creating money out of thin air" is histrionics - indicate to me how … (see comment)
